Volunteering for Lukas and Xhilda was an excellent experience, they are really kind and made me feel welcome from day one! Everything previously agreed was respected and they were always very flexible when it came to changing schedules and everything. The work is very well organized, they train you when you arrive and they are always available for any questions or problems that may arise. The city is beautiful, with super nice beaches and well located so on your days off you can visit other places in Albania. I highly recommend it!

Working for Xhilda and Lukas in Vlorë was an incredible experience. All the tasks set out were very straightforward and they were very flexible with allowing me to move my days around. I really enjoyed this experience as it allowed me to meet really cool people and immerse in the Albanian culture. Vlore is also a really pretty and central city which gave me the opportunity to travel south to himare or north to berat on my days off. Perfect destination for people who want to live and eat very cheaply as well! Overall, it's the perfect experience for budget traveler's!

My experience in Vlorë was good. The hostel and the people were amazing. Xhilda and Lukas always near for any question. The volunteer work was good, a little tiring between The front desk work and the cleaning almost at the same time, but u Can learn a lot. It's pretty near from the beach and the city it's lovely ☺️☺️
