The Experience

Hello/xin chào. We are a tour comapny, based in Ha Giang city, north Vietnam. We are looking for volunteers to help us promote our tour company on social media and lend a hand in our 2 restaurants. Your role will be to help in the restaurants in the morning and evening and then help with social media, promoting our businesses.

I had an absolutely incredible time volunteering with the hostel ❤️ They were just the best people and let us go to the coolest places in Ha the hostel. They were very clear on what they expected from us and helped us whenever we needed help. If someone asked me 'Would you do it again?' the answer would undoubtedly be “yes❤️”. The company was amazing, the beds were comfy in Ha the hostel City and the food was great there too! Will miss these guys!

This was our third volunteer experience and it was our favorite!!! The work was easy and you get to meet so many travelers and locals alike. We went on some fun outings with Matt and Hannah and they really treat you like family and welcome you in :) we loved the family dinners and the tacos from Matt's taco shop. Best western food in Vietnam!!! I would recommend this experience to anyone and everyone!

Hannah and Matt are very kind and accommodating with schedules. The work isn't complicated, it involves promoting their agency and their two restaurants through social media while gathering customer reviews. There may be occasions where assistance is needed in the restaurant if they're busy. Accommodation + Food perfect :)

The hosts were amazing. You have Paul and matt who both run the program. Both very helpful and friendly. We had an amazing time with them, helping in both their resturants in the evening when needed, supporting their tour business with socials and advertising where possible and just having a laugh the whole time! We went out with them on the ha giang loop too and it was truly one of the best experiences. I strongly feel that if it wasn't for them, it wouldn't have been as good. Would recommend them 100%, plus matt owns a taco resturant incase you need a break from vietnamese food.
