The Experience

We are looking for good people to join us at our Oktoberfest campsite in Munich. At the reception you'll welcome people with a smile and check them in, give them tips for their stay and help them if there are any issues. In exchange for helping us, you get a private tent, airbed, pillow, sleeping bag, laundry and 3 meals per day. And of course the most unforgettable Oktoberfest adventures. English and reception / hospitality experience required!

The sweetest hub for people who loves partying and loves people. Joining the volunteer in Oktoberfest was one of my bucket list, and I could earn it by joining Festination, the coolest group in the world. I could feel everyone is caring each other and embracing each other deeply from our heart by drinking until we fell asleep at the table in festival. It was my first time camping, and it was the most romantic experience I've ever had in my life actually. That special atmosphere made even rough moments into precious memories. I'll miss the sunset that we saw together. Solid recommendation!

I had the absolute best time volunteering at the hostel during Oktoberfest. The atmosphere was incredible, and I made amazing friends and unforgettable memories. All of the managers were so kind, helpful, and approachable, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The work itself was easy and fun, and I genuinely felt like part of a big family throughout my time there. If you're thinking about volunteering, I couldn't recommend the hostel enough! I would 100% love to do it again next year. It's an experience you'll never forget! 💚🍻🔥

Possibly one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life. It's an intense and sometimes exhausting experience to be going between working, socializing with the team and guests, and visiting the festival, but there is always the opportunity to strike a balance and the managers are very understanding and fun. There is great and experienced leadership with you every step of the way and everyone bonds throughout the month. Probably not for you if you can't sleep in a tent, but that's part of the fun. Would do it again!

As the hostel was my first workaway, I didn't quite know what to expect but it exceeded my expectations. You get to know fellow travelers from all over the world and build actual meaningful connections. The management is really nice and on eye to eye level, which makes talking to them with whatever is on your mind extremely easy. I had a truly amazing time - would definitely do it again and recommend to anyone:)

The hostel was the best experience ever. Such a good way to do Oktoberfest, the work/hours weren't that bad because you got to hang out with the friends you made. Such a welcoming environment and I cannot recommend more 💌💌💌
