We have a paid staff in the company ( Experiences Jedi) and we are looking for fun, energetic, enthusiastic and SUPER sociable people to assist the Experiences Jedi and cover him/her on his/hers days off. The objective is to interact with guests and promote their interaction through games, group activities, dinner nights, etc Bartending experience is a plus

I enjoyed my time in Peniche. The hostel is really cool, the staff and other volunteers were great. Doing night shift was extremely easy and chill with just a couple of simple tasks needed to be done. The beach, the shops being less than 10 minutes away is very convenient.

I feel so happy for this experience, also so sad because of leaving, but full of gratitude and love. Théo is the best boss, he's always there to help us and he's really close and funny. He makes you feel at home. The hostel is super cool and has a really cool vibe, and the city is relaxing and has a lot of beautiful nature. Thank you the hostel, Theo and all the other workers and volunteers, this was a wonderful experience for me. I recommend it 100%! <3

I had really high expectations for this experience but the hostel exceeded them all. The hostel is spacious and cozy, the dorm is comfortable, breakfast is tasty and the kitchen is really nice to cook in. Shifts and tasks are communicated and taught well and respected. You can explore Peniche or other cities on your days off. The only improvement that could be done is the surf equipment provided to volunteers, but the guys at the surf school are very friendly and you can join classes for free. Overall I had a great stay, thank you Théo & Bruno and all the staff & volunteers, can't wait to come back!

I will always remember volunteering at the hostel!!! It was my first time volunteering and I'm so glad I had the opportunity to experience it at this amazing place. The tasks were easy and the working hours super fair. It felt like a second home with a team that instantly became a family. I recommend this host to anyone who is ready to meet wonderful people, be surrounded by stunning nature and start surfing. The hostel is perfect for socializing with others (if you want to), but also for spending time with yourself and healing:) Thank you so much for this awesome month! I miss you all<3

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Volunteering at the hostel was a delight. The tasks are simple and easy to learn. The team of volunteers was also incredible, in a short time we became a family. I highly recommend this volunteer. Very beautiful place, you won't want to leave this place! Thanks, the hostel, and thanks Théo for choosing me! You are the best boss, you know it :)
