I had a great stay at the hotel! My responsibilities included managing the breakfast service, such as cleaning tables and refilling the buffet, which were easy and manageable tasks. The working hours were from 6:30 to 11:30, leaving the rest of the day free to explore the nearby village of the hotel or visit other cities like Milan. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for everything!

Alberto is an amazing person that I had the pleasure of meeting, very kind, polite and communicative. He speaks several languages ​​so communicating with him was not a problem. The hotel is very beautiful, close to Milan, the work is as agreed and has flexibility if you need it, just agree as Alberto did before. I am very happy to have volunteered at the hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel, the host is kind and through the staff you can meet lots of people and experience the culture, it is 4km away from the train station then 20 min by metro to Milano. The work is not bad but especially when the hotel is busy you have to work fast so you can finish within the 5 hours. I would definitely recommend this experience.

My experience at the hotel was truly incredible. I met people who taught me a lot; Alberto is someone who makes you feel like a part of his family. He's always looking out for you and includes you in really cool plans. 🤍 The working hours are completely respected, and it's a very active job, but the rewards are immense. The breakfast is excellent, and the dinners are always delicious! You're not too far from Milan, so you have the opportunity to go there often. Plus, the days off are continuous, giving you the chance to travel to other parts of Italy for 2 days. I'm leaving with a heart

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I already miss the city and the people that I met here. The work hours made it very easy to explore other places on your free time. Alberto is a very caring boss and is always willing to help you. I hope to see the host and the other volunteers soon, I would recommend this opportunity for others looking to explore Milan/Northern Italy.

My experience at the hotel was really good. From the moment I arrived I felt at home, the staff is very nice and Alberto is always attentive and willing to help you in whatever is necessary. The task and schedules are exactly as agreed. The hotel really needs yours 5 hours of work but they are very well compensated. The rooms are for 2 people and very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are amazing, but they also give you the possibility to go to a gym that is just a few minutes from the hotel. I recommend this experience and if I have the chance I would repeat it. Grazie di tutto! 🤍

Was an honour to be the first volunteer at the Hotel, for sure was my best experience in Europe. They all have a special place in my heart and I would like to say thank you for having me. I used to work 5 hours from 6am till 11am in the breakfast area, cleaning tables, washing dishes and preparing hot drinks. Two days off are enough to know cities around. They give to the volunteers 2 meals and both are really great food. Volunteers can use the pool on the week days and enjoy the parties for free. I had a really great time in here, I'll miss it.

The experience at the hotel is more than excellent, it is a top quality volunteer. Alberto is a very nice guy, cool, partner and fun. The hotel is huge, in the morning at the hotel breakfast you can grab everything you want, and the hotel cooks cook very delicious typical foods. If you want to party, there's a lot! You are 15 minutes by train from the center of Milan, and they give you bikes to be able to move around the city, the treatment is friendly and if you want to make extra money you also have the option to do it. If you are hesitating between going or not, definitely do it!

My experience at the hotel was very good!! I met other volunteers with whom I shared different ideas and new experiences, I learned to work as a team with people of different ages and nationalities with whom I could practice English, Italian and Spanish. Although sometimes the work was a little intense, the work schedules and days off were respected. The rooms available to the volunteers were comfortable and well equipped. Our host was very attentive to maintaining a respectful and fun relationship between the volunteers, people locals and members of the hotel staff
