My experience at the hotel was incredible. I was warmly welcomed and guided by Alberto and the team. I received great tips for places to visit during my free time. Alberto truly cares about the volunteers, and the food is excellent. The location is great, with easy access to Milan's center and nearby shops. I learned a lot of Italian and also practiced some English and Spanish. The rooms are cozy and well-heated. I highly recommend this experience!

Fiz o voluntariado no the hotel junto com minha esposa, e tivemos um quarto só para nós — ponto muito positivo. O anfitrião sempre respeitou as horas de trabalho e a alimentação do hotel era excelente. Também tivemos acesso à academia e jogávamos tênis toda semana, o que foi uma ótima experiência. Por outro lado, a habitação dos demais voluntários poderia estar em melhores condições, e algumas tarefas, especialmente para os homens, podem ser bem pesadas, como reformas, jardinagem, entre outros

Grande Alberto!!! is an incredible person, the hotel staff is wonderful and you can practice your Italian. I would definitely return. He prepares your muscles for work. The chef is a great guy, delicious food, and friendships that you don't find anywhere else

Mi experiencia fue muy agradable :) Alberto comparte mucho con los voluntarios, sin dudas te vas a sentir bienvenido y cómodo. El hotel está ubicado en el hotel (para ir a Milan o salir desde ahí, debes tomar un bus y el metro). Tiene lindas instalaciones y piscina, por lo que podes disfrutar y divertirte estando ahi. Las horas de trabajo se respetan y el anfitrión es flexible en cuanto a los dias de descanso. El desayuno es súper completo y las cenas muy ricas. Algunas personas del staff fueron muy amables y cariñosas ♡ Muchas Gracias por todo!

Ha sido mi primer voluntariado y sin ninguna duda volvería. Alberto es un anfitrión de 10 y se integra con los voluntarios. El ambiente del hotel es muy bueno y también el de la piscina. Me llevo la experiencia que he cogido del trabajo y también a la plantilla del hotel. El desayuno también muy bueno y las cenas muy ricas gracias al chef. La verdad que mi experiencia ha sido 10/10.

What a chance to have been part of this experience. It has been the best worldpacker volunteering I did so far and I can't stop thinking how nice it was and how bless I am. This job wasnt just a normal job, it gave me the opportunity to get better at working hard but also shape me as a better person. Forever grateful for Alberto and everyone that I met in this journey. Very important to let you know that it is NOT an easy job and there is nothing fancy about it but the reward you get out of it is valued more than money.

Minha experiência foi maravilhosa! Me senti super acolhida desde o primeiro dia. Conheci pessoas incríveis que tornaram tudo ainda mais especial. A comida do Pirata é simplesmente deliciosa, feita com muito carinho! O Alberto está sempre presente, disposto a ajudar com tudo que for necessário, e isso fez toda a diferença. O trabalho pode ser um pouco cansativo nos dias mais quentes, mas nada impossível. Foi uma troca muito rica e sou grata por tudo que vivi aqui!

My experience was incredible!!! The work was intense but very rewarding, and the atmosphere made everything enjoyable. Alberto is super friendly, always supportive and he truly makes you feel at home. He often took us out for drinks and helped with anything we needed. The food was a highlight! Every dinner was a delicious dish made by an Italian chef and the breakfast always had a great variety. We had two days off each week, which allowed us to explore other cities and enjoy the area. It was a great cultural exchange and I felt really welcomed. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Fue mi primer voluntariado en Europa y no pude haber empezado mejor😌. Alberto, Fede y las demás chicas y chicos del equipo fueron muy amables desde el primer día y estuvieron siempre pendiente a guiar y aclarar ante cualquier duda. Aprendí mucho sobre el trabajo en el hotel y también aproveché para mejorar mi italiano 🇮🇹 Las cenas🍝 fueron siempre las mejores gracias a Pirata; y además, tuve bastante tiempo libre para conocer Milán y varios lugares turísticos a los que se puede llevar muy fácil desde el centro.

Overall I'm very happy with this experience. It's definitely more serious work compared to my previous volunteer jobs. The work is pretty well structured and easy to do, especially with previous experience within restaurant. However it's included more “dirty” tasks such as cleaning the trash area. The hosts, staff and other volunteer are all very sweet and friendly! Alberto took well care of us volunteers as he cooked dinner and took us out to the city, which I truly appreciated. The area itself doesn't have much to offer but Milan is a good location for day trips. Thank you for having me!
