The Experience
- You'll help with cooking tasty vegetarian/vegan meals for the pilgrims, and also for yourself of course :). - You'll help with some cleaning duties and house chores, within the 25 hours/week schedule.

My experience in the hostel has been overall very good. The location is surrounded by all sort of amazing natural landscapes and the house provides a very nice and cozy environment. The tasks to carry out were easy and I had a lot of free time to dedicate to myself or to explore the region of Asturias. Matej has been a great host - since the very first moment he's been welcoming and always available in case of any problem or necessity. Plus, he knows the area very well and was always ready with a new recommendation any time I felt like exploring the surroundings.

Mi experiencia con Matej y Casa de Peregrinos el hostel fue espectacular. Una experiencia muy enriquecedora. Poder compartir con personas de diferentes partes del día constantemente fue muy nutritivo en diferentes áreas, como en lenguaje (inglés en mi casa era lo que más me interesaba), estilos y visiones de vida, entre otras. En relación al trabajo que se realiza en casa son tranqui, Matej te da las instrucciones muy claras y tienes quedas con suficiente tiempo y energía para disfrutar lo que queda del día. Matej es un chico muy amable, muy respetuoso, y te hace sentir muy cómoda(o) en casa.

La experiencia fue súper. Por un lado, el intercambio cultural con Matej y con los peregrinos que se quedan en el albergue cada día. Practique mucho el inglés y también las distintas formas de hablar español. Escuché muchas experiencias de vida que me abrieron los ojos. Por otro lado, en cuanto a la naturaleza, fue increíble. el hostel es un pueblo muy pequeño y lleno de lugares para descubrir y disfrutar, y Matej procuró que lo haga y me facilitó el transporte y me dio varias recomendaciones muy acertadas. Conecte con las playas y con la montaña. Cómodo, rica y sana comida, grandes personas.

Mi experiencia con Matej fue muy linda, su proyecto me encanto y los trabajos a realizar son sencillos y poco complicados. Durante todo el voluntariado me senti muy comoda y bien recibida, Matej es muy amable y atento, que respeta tu espacio y el tiempo de descanso. Además conoce muy bien la zona por lo que siempre tiene un panorama que recomendar ya sea en grupo o por tu cuenta. the hostel es muy tranquilo, tiene muchos lugares y miradores donde se puede llegar fácilmente en bicicleta o caminando. Realmente disfrute mucho de este voluntariado, solo me quda agradecerte por todo Matej! Saludos
