This was such a lovely experience, the knowledge and intentional practices that are put into the farm is truely admirable. I enjoyed being able to learn, as well get involved in a way that resonates with me; with care, intention and genuine enjoyment. Philip and Rachel, and the family are all so welcoming it was easy to feel settled in and be present in the beautiful nature. Thank you very much :)

Phil and Rachel were amazing hosts! I was able to learn many things with Phil and the working hours were respected. Eyragues is a small village but well connected to other bigger towns!

Staying with Rachel and Phillip was an incredibly educational and enjoyable time. The work they do on the farm is so incredible and if you have the chance to work with them you will leave appreciating organic farming so much more. They have so much respect for the earth and it's awesome to see how passionate they are. The work can be tough but is always fulfilling and leaves you feeling great. If you want to learn about permaculture and farming, I would highly recommend this experience! Thank you Rachel and Phillip for everything!

The hosts Rachel and Philip are genuinely good people, they are always kind and polite, they teach us the tasks and always give us feedback on how we are doing, which is very important. They have some traditions in the house and always include us, making us feel at home. The farm is very beautiful and the animals are very docile too. They prepared the meals with love and everything we ate from their production was very tasty. I am very grateful for the experience and for welcoming me so well! I wish them much success.

Rachel and Philip are excellent hosts. The farm is beautiful and happy, there's always good music playing. The work schedule is clear and respected. There's a variety of tasks — heavy (digging, pipe repair), medium (watering, composting), and light (weeding, mowing). Meals are freshly cooked with love, mainly British-style. If you need extra protein, bring your own — I had eggs and sardines. Bring sunscreen. It's a family home, so give them space on weekends. Great hiking nearby — a forest walk is 5 min away, market 25 min. Two friendly indoor dogs, Simba and Lola, may bark loudly at times.

I had such an awesome experience! They live in a beautiful village and the farm is stunning. The meals are fresh and delicious, the dinner time is the perfect opportunity to talk and share stories, they have good experiences and knowledge to share. The animals are very friendly, I definitely fell in love with them. The tasks are very interesting and you will have a great time interacting with the nature. Make sure that you're packing comfortable clothes, sunscreen, hat and mosquito spray. You will definitely have an awesome experience and learn a lot. Thank you. :)

Previous reviews didn't reflect exactly our experience. The farm itself is beautiful and the tent comfortable. Spaces to relax are outdoors, which is lovely when the weather is nice. Work is from 7:30–13:00, mostly repetitive: weeding, hand watering, and feeding animals. Meals are provided and our dietary restrictions were respected. They are mostly basic, easy lunches like sandwiches and pasta, portions limited. Important to know: no free kitchen access, and Saturday/Sunday lunch not provided. Hosts are respectful, interactions mostly work-related. Volunteers should respect their privacy.

Our experience was not what we expected. While the treatment was respectful, there was little interest in connecting beyond work, making it hard to build a bond. We had hoped to learn about permaculture and exchange experiences, but it felt like they mainly needed help with repetitive farm tasks and animal care while they were away. Some listing points are inaccurate: The kitchen is for family use only, no weekend lunchs are provided, and no bicycles. Positives: the farm is beautiful, the tent comfortable, schedules are respected, and the location is ideal for exploring Saint Remy

I learned alot about permaculture here, it was a very rewarding experience, I think I will try doing it at home. The work hours were respected, the surrounding area is quiet and beautiful, the bus stop to arrive at the house is about 25 minutes away on foot. I would advise to pack up a hat, sunscreen, raincoats, etc. I wish the best to Mr Philippe and his family, thank you for your hospitality.

My stay at Rachelle and Philip's was great! Their project is fantastic. The work is exciting and enriching to learn about permaculture. The setting with the anniamux is relaxing, calm and healthy. The region is super beautiful to discover Provence by bike or hiking. It is super well served by transport. Thank you again very much for your warm welcome and your patience to communicate with me in English. I hope that your project will continue to grow. See you soon
