Hours per week: Help out and collaborate with your host only a few hours per week.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

The Experience

The short and sweet description, come help in a beautiful area with a host of other international volunteers. the main/daily tasks range from kitchen, cleaning dishwashing, housekeeping together with another volunteers we offer food laundry showers, a private staff building where everyone has some space to relax and call home in your spare time. If you like nature mountains meeting new people and want to have a home away from home :)

Time at Centro was great. The work was fair, and everyone is super nice and fun. The location is also fantastic if you're into hiking, biking, kayaking, etc. I don't think anyone can be disappointed with spending time at Centro.

My experience at Centro was truly beautiful. The place is surrounded by mountains, a nice lake, and river perfect for swimming. I spent most of my time in the kitchen and really enjoyed it. Once you get into the rhythm and connect with the team, the work feels smooth and fun. But what stays with me the most are the people. Warm, generous and kind. I felt a real sense of community, like I belonged. We shared long conversations, meals, music and laughter. It was a reminder of how special simple moments can be. I'm leaving with so much gratitude, beautiful memories, and friendships. 💫

My experience at the Center allowed me to form friendships with some of the volunteers, which is something truly precious to me. I'm grateful to the staff, who were always attentive and kind. The program was well-organized and the schedule always clear. I was especially touched by Katerina and OG's kindness toward me, and Gareth's care for the animals. Oma has a fiery personality, but once you get to know her, you realize she has a good heart. I want to thank everyone for the wonderful moments we shared, and I wish them all the best for the future. ❣️

I really enjoyed my time at the Center. The staff and the other volunteers were so nice and from the very first day, I felt welcomed and well received. Everyone went out of their way to make sure the volunteers had a good time. A big thank you goes to Micheal and Kati in particular, who look after the volunteers and their tasks with great dedication and patience. The working hours are respected and you have free time to explore the beautiful area. I have found a second home in Italy, am very grateful for the experience and will definitely come back!

This was my third volunteer experience, and I think it was the best. The place is beautiful, allowing you to connect with nature, and all the staff members make you feel at home. The hours, tasks, and accommodation conditions are just as explained. They are also quite flexible with the schedule in case any changes need to be made. Thanks to Michael, Gareth, Katy, Oma, and all the volunteers and other staff members who gave me such a wonderful month.
