I spent almost 2 months at the hostel in Nijmegen and I absolutely loved it. I got lucky to be part of an amazing team of 8 volunteers (plus the cool manager) with whom I spent unforgettable moments. I've made friends for life here. Some days the work could be tough, but most days were chill and we finished early. The atmosphere was always stress-free and with good vibes from everyone. The hostel itself is clean and cozy and its location near the city center is perfect, with all kinds of shops, great nightlife and a natural reserve with river beaches nearby. Highly recommended!

It was my first time volunteering and it was a great experience, I was able to meet very nice and kind people, I made friends that I carry in my heart. The hostel is cozy, the tasks are easy, I suggest adding more volunteers, there were several occasions with a lot to do.

My experience at the hostel has been incredible, surrounded by amazing people from the very beginning. I felt so welcomed. Junior and Erik, the managers, always have such a good attitude and are incredibly funny. The duties are similar to other hostels, with some pretty busy days, but the environment is cool. My fellow volunteers, my partners in crime, will always hold a special place in my heart. Thank you all so much. ¡Muchas gracias, muito obrigada, danke, and bedankt! =) ♡︎

What a truly wonderful time I've had at the hostel. Special place with special people. I've fell deeply in love in the area and bike culture. Hostel was clean and organized. Very stress free environment. Town was Easy to explore get around the sturdy bikes from the hostel. I will always hold this close to my heart ❤️ only downside is I didn't do it for longer! Don't hesitate to apply! You won't regret it!

My experience in the hostel was amazing. This was my first volunteer work and I couldn't have asked for a better volunteer program. The people I met here were lovely and nice, and I had a lot of fun with them. The tasks were easy to do, just a little bit heavier on the weekend though, because there are more guests. Junior and Linda were amazing! When we arrived, Junior explained everything to me and whenever something happened I knew I could go to them. The city is beautiful, and I was surprised by the nightlife here. Joep has bicycles available for us to explore the city. 100% recommended.

My experience at the hostel was amazing ! I made great friends and they made my days in Nijmegen :) At works like cleaning, HKP and the reception, these are simple and easy to understand. If I don't know something, Junior and Linda helped me a lot!! Also, Junior told me a lot of things about Hostel. This experience helps me to make own hostel in a future! I definitely want to come back someday!

My volunteer at the hostel was my first experience at WorldPackers, and it was amazing. The people at the hostel were so kind and helpful. The hostel was cozy and felt like a home. The hours are reasonable and the three days off are very good for someone who wants to travel while there. And Nijmegen is incredible. It's a small town, yet filled with pubs, restaurants and shops. There is a nightlife and the old architecture is beautiful and well maintained. My time at Nijmegen and the hostel will always have a special place in my heart.

I had an amazing experience at the hostel! As my first volunteering experience, i couldnt have asked for more. The manager Eric was very welcoming, the owner Joep was very accessible and worried about our well being at the hostel. The team of volunteers was also really nice, we made some good friends and got to know some people from all around the world. The town is very pleasant and charming, with lots of pubs, bars and parks. Its also close to other amazinh cities such as Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Köln and Antwerp! I highly recommend this experience!

The hostel was an amazing experience and I will definitely recommend this place. The tasks are easy and you have plenty of time to know the city and travel around, they provided bikes and the other volunteers will make you feel like home 🫶🏼

The description of the hostel is very well done. Everything is as described. The hostel is beautiful, well equipped and very well located. Joep is very concerned about the welfare of the volunteers. Erik is simply fantastic and Junior, the other manager, is a true friend, always concerned about looking after the hostel well. He is fantastic! The other volunteers made my stay perfect. The city is beautiful, although a little expensive. However, I recommend staying at the hostel to everyone. I'd love to come back here someday.
