We loved volunteering here! The staff are lovely and extremely welcoming and the hotel is absolutely beautiful- it's in a stunning location with incredible views! Volunteering here is fun, chilled, and we'd definitely recommend it!

These 2 weeks has been an overall great experience. The staff at the hotel is young, welcoming, open minded and easy to talk to. They invited us volunteers to join them in the local fiestas and they were really patient and helpful when I spoke my best beginner Spanish. I stayed with my co-volunteer and we shared a nice room. Every week we got our work schedule for the following week and some good basics such as rice, pasta, eggs and vegetables to prepare our own food. The work could be a bit boring sometimes, but everything was as expected and the co-workers made it much more fun.

I just finished my stay at the hotel, and I really enjoyed my time here. I shared a room with my friend, and it was equipped with two spacious beds and both kitchen and bathroom. Everybody working here was very nice and welcoming which made the experience even better. The work was well structured, and by the end of the week we got our schedules for the upcoming week. There wasn't any variety in terms of the tasks, and some days were busier than others, but it was what I expected. All in all, I had a great time here and would recommend it to others.

Generally everything was alright and I can recommend this place, but in my opinion 2 weeks it's really enough

I had a wonderful volunteering experience at the hotel ! The room I had to share with another volunteer was spacious and clean, and the team was really cool and welcoming. I expected the tasks to be more demanding, but it was quite calm in the winter. The shifts are sent one week in advance, so you can easily plan things to do in Valparaiso and Viña. I highly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel! The accommodation is generous, the property & views are stunning and the staff are kind and helpful. While there is definitely a lack of training (and a very dirty room) upon arrival, if you ask for help it will always be given to you. I liked that this experience offered new learning opportunities, the chance to work with fellow volunteers, befriend locals and enjoy some privacy that you don't often have as a traveller staying in hostels!

The experience we had at the hotel was fantastic. Great place to spend some time tending bar and meeting people from everywhere. The work was as expected and the agreed upon hours were not exceeded. The staff was super friendly and awesome to hang out with! The hotel is beautiful and the view from the upper terrace is truly incredible. Besides a (really) dirty room upon arrival there is nothing but good things to say about our stay. Expect to be trained by the other volunteers or take initiative, but everyone is super helpful when you need them. Thank you the hotel!

It sorrows me to say, like most volunteers, we left 2 weeks early. It was made clear to us after our first shift that the host is not attentive to their business or volunteers. There is no structure for volunteers or staff. We were the chef, bartender, hosts and cleaners. We increased our improvise, adapt, overcome skills. & had to Google recipes. The lovely and amazing staff helped us where they could but were clearly lost on instruction as well. No fault of their own. They trying to keep the business running. Staff was asked to stay during fire evacuation orders. Disappointing but the truth

The hotel was an interesting experience, the staff is amazing! They are really cool guys and you can learn a lot from them, the only problem is that the owners tend to be not that helpful, and they decide the work for the volunteers, so you end up beeing responsable for a small restaurant, a bar and a bunch of stuff that non of us really know how to do. The private room its amaizing, pretty cool and cozy. I will recomend it for a few weeks of caotic fun

Maybe because I was there during the busiest season, I had a just ok experience at the hotel. The staff is very welcoming and the rooms/food provided are really nice!! But the biggest problem was that I often had to work 1hr extra each shift with no compensation. I felt treated more like a free employee than a volunteer specifically by the owners, who were disorganized and uncommunicative. They told us only 1 day in advance that during NYE they had rented out our rooms! All the volunteers had to stay for 2 nights in the owners house! Overall I felt a little disappointed with the expectations.
