The Experience

Buscamos um voluntário que possa ajudar na recepção de nossos hospedes e também na limpeza e arrumação dos quartos. O voluntário irá recepcionar hóspedes e ajudar com check-ins, check-outs, dar informações sobre a região, entre outras atividades. Além disso, o voluntário irá ajudar na limpeza e arrumação dos quartos, incluindo a troca de roupa de cama e toalhas. Em troca, oferecemos acomodação gratuita, café e um local bem localizado.

Existen aspectos que pueden mejorarse, lo que representa una excelente oportunidad de crecimiento y contribución para que los voluntarios aporten valor real y se alineen con los objetivos de mejora continua del proyecto.

Minha experiência na guest house, foi bem atípica diferente de todos os espaços que já tinha passado até agora, levo em consideração que sou a primeira voluntária que eles receberam e estamos todos juntos aprendendo. no final da minha estadia o Gerente Anderson se desligou por motivos pessoais, então não pudemos finalizar juntos os aprendizados. aqui o ponto Central de gestão precisa ser encontrado e uma rotina para os voluntários precisa ser estabelecida, como pessoa todos me respeitaram, tanto a mim quanto a minha filha que viaja comigo. Desejo sorte a jornada de todos!
