Santi and Juan created such a great space both for volunteering and for the guests. They are super clear and communicative, and the tasks are really straightforward. It was super great to work with other volunteers at the same time, and I am so glad this was my first volunteer experience.

I originally applied for two weeks, agreed on three, and stayed almost four — that's how much I loved volunteering here. It was my first solo trip, first time volunteering, and first hostel stay. The owners, Santi and Juan, are respectful, clear, and great at communicating. Shifts and hours are fair, and the reception work is simple, well-explained, and enjoyable. I learned useful hospitality skills and got to meet incredible people in a warm, social environment. It's a great place to connect, and the owners are always making thoughtful improvements to the hostel. Highly recommend!

My experience at the hostel was really good! From day one, Juan and Santi were extremely welcoming, doing everything they could to make me feel at home. They are present, approachable hosts, always willing to help. Communication was clear and respectful at all times, as were the agreed schedules. The work is light and well organized. The hostel's location is excellent, close to everything, and the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. The other volunteers and guests made the experience even richer, there were always group activities, which created a constant sense of unity and fun.

I'm so grateful for the experience I had at IIVero hostel! You meet many people from all around the world and do lots of things together as the hostel is very social. Also, the hosts Juan and Santi are super nice and respect the working hours. If you're thinking about volunteering there, I'd say do it!

The hostel totally feels like a big shared flat with a lot of housemates. It's so easy to get to know new people and have fun! Every week spent there felt like a month for the amount of experiences I was lucky to have and I bring all the team and the guests met in my heart <3 Don't think it twice and book that flight for Buenos Aires, I truly had the most amazing experience of my life.
