The Experience

La Casella is a country resort immersed in the woods, where you can really experience a simple lifestyle, enjoy silence but also meet new people. We have a lot of green and we need some help with its maintenance, as well as looking after our animals and our vegetable garden. It is a family business and everybody helps doing what is needed. We will welcome you as if you were a member of our big family or a friend.

This was my second Worldpackers experience and it was incredible! Virginia and the whole the host team were amazing, they truly make you feel at home; everyone is like one big family. The work was exactly as described, and they provided all the support I needed. While I was there, I had the chance to practice and improve both my Italian and English, as we were constantly in contact with the guests. The place is beautiful and truly peaceful. It's a bit far from the nearest city, but if you ever need a ride, they are always happy to help. I'm definitely going back!

The experience at the host was excellent! We volunteered for 3 weeks and had a great time. The family is very kind and always made us feel part of them. It's an excellent place for those who want to help in a location in the middle of nature, away from the city, surrounded by good people, and enjoying delicious food.
