Minha experiencia na the hostel foi incrível! Fui passar 1 mês e acabei ficando três. A acomodação é bem simples mas muito acolhedora, e ter a vista para o mar 24h é sensacional, uma experiencia que nunca imaginei ter na vida. Caraíva é muito linda, principalmente a Praia da Barra e a Prainha. Michelle é uma querida, nos comunicamos super bem desde o início, me fez sentir bem recebido e sempre aberta para diálogo e melhorias. Vou sentir falta de todos os pets, em especial Paçoca e Linguine!! ❤️

O hostel é a melhor parte de Caraíva. Estar em contato com o mar 24h por dia é maravilhoso. Tive conexões muito profundas com as pessoas que passaram por lá, o que tornou tudo ainda mais especial. A acomodação é confortável, e os pets, cada um com sua personalidade, são muito amorosos. O trabalho é tranquilo, mas precisa ser feito com atenção. Michille é uma mulher generosa e engraçada, me senti acolhida e aprendi muito com essa experiência. Com certeza voltarei!

Eu havia me candidatado pra vaga de cuidado com os animais e acabei indo ora recepção/hostess e foi de grande aprendizado, não só pela conexão com os hóspedes, mas também por apoiar na rotina de todo o hostel, já que a anfitriã esteve fora por um período. Tive a oportunidade de acompanhar manutenções com os prestadores de serviços e resolver os problemas que surgiram com responsabilidade e autonomia. A Michelle confia e delega as atividades, acompanha e é muito solicita. Pude desenvolver a habilidade de cuidar de plantas com ela também. Michelle é uma mulher inspiradora em vários aspectos!

O hostel foi minha primeira casa como viajante e eu me senti acolhida desde a primeira troca de mensagens com a Michelle (anfitriã). Fechei meu voluntariado por 3 meses, mas eu ainda ficaria mais! O meu trabalho inicialmente foi em recepção e depois em redes sociais. Eu gostei de ambos e achei tranquilo! A Mi sempre procurou ser flexível e aberta quando não estava satisfeita com algo. Isso foi legal pois nos deu a oportunidade de conversarmos mais e agregar positivamente para o hostel e para os próximos voluntários. Conheci pessoas incríveis e me apaixonei todos os dias pelos pets. Gratidão!
