A equipe do Varandas é simplesmente incrível! Sou muito grata pela oportunidade, pelo carinho e pela atenção de todos. O ambiente é sempre limpo, organizado e acolhedor. Além disso, a equipe é super flexível, fazendo toda a diferença na experiência. A localização também é excelente pertinho da Av. Paulista e ao lado do Shopping . Recomendo de olhos fechados!

Experiencia horrorosa. Zero empatia dos voluntários, quarto bagunçado, chuveiro queimado. O café da manhã que eles dizem oferecer é basicamente um saco de pão que compraram de manhã. Não recomendo

Pior voluntario que ja recebemos, atitudes estranhas q deixou todos os outros 5 voluntarios com receio de ficar no mesmo quarto . Foi convidado a se retirar do Hostel antes da data prevista. Nao cumpria as tarefas e horários.

Minha experiência no hostel Família Hostel foi frustrante. As fotos e descrições apresentadas no aplicativo não condizem com a realidade. Cheguei um dia antes, conforme combinado com o anfitrião, para receber instruções. Fui direcionado pelo Eduardo a um quarto que não parecia ser o apresentado nas fotos, estava desorganizado e, fora dele, havia um acúmulo de lixo. Além disso, a cama destinada a mim tinha um lençol usado apenas virado. Entrei em contato com o suporte da Worldpackers e enviei fotos. Após a análise, eles aprovaram a Proteção ao Voluntário, confirmando assim a situação.

Ainda bem que temos outras dezenas de avaliações que comprovam o contrário, tipicamente o viajante que so quer um lugar para não pagar hospedagem.

Hostel é bem localizado e as tarefas são simples e o Anfitrião é bem flexível e bem atencioso com todos voluntariados. Recomendo a todos que queira conhecer São Paulo.
