Acre in Italia! I had a very special time there! The place is beautiful and peaceful, the food is delicious, and the people are truly kind. Everyone is very open and willing to listen, adapt, help, or adjust things to make sure everyone feels comfortable. I felt embraced! Could practice my Italian, enjoyed a deep cultural immersion, experienced different works, connected with nature, and shared time with wonderful people. A special thanks to Anja (huge heart) to Chef, Lucas and Vale. I had a bigger text, but theres a limit here, so, feel free to send any question! @danscarcello Grazie Mille

I had a wonderfully rewarding experience at the camping surrounded by genuine and generous people. Valerio, Lorenzo, Anja, + more all made me feel very welcome from the first day and created a special environment that instantly made me feel at home. The work was generally easy and uncomplicated and the working hours were respected. The owners and other staff have cars and can drive you into Stia on your free days to enjoy the river and explore the village. If you're looking for an opportunity to learn from another culture, meet great people, and enjoy nature, this place is it!!!

I felt really welcome and was treated so well by the camping staff! It's a relaxing environment and an escape from the heat, but it was the staff and other volunteers who made the time so special. It did take me some time to adjust to the communication and work style - there isn't a set schedule, and it can be hard to get a clear description of your tasks. You are responsible for understanding your tasks & keeping track of your hours, since you don't work a 5 hour shift in one block. But once you're adjusted, you'll come to appreciate the Italian style of living (and eating!!)

"Amazing" is not enough to describe it. The staff felt like a real family, and I had the best volunteer mates. What surprised me most was that everyone spoke English, which is rare in Italy and made everything easier. Living inside the campsite without going out by foot helped me grow and reflect and it was a great experience living like this. Tasks were simple, like cleaning, cooking, and painting. Being there during the festival made it even more magical. Thank you the camping. See you next summer 🫠

My experience at the camping campsite was wonderful. It's a beautiful place surrounded by nature. The tasks are not difficult. They are flexible and understanding about everything. The hosts and staff are all kind, attentive and fun. Valerio, Ricardo, Leo, Luca. The volunteers Irish and Ut were great company, which made the stay even better. Thanks to everyone. :-)
