The Experience

We need a hand in basic hostel tasks, such as helping during the breakfast time (serving, preparing, washing and cleaning) and night guardian. Our hostel is right in front of the beautiful Iseo lake, 10minutes walking from Lovere city center (rated one of the most beautiful village in Italy since 2003) and surrounded by nature. A basic level of Italian in speaking is a plus.

My stay was a wonderful experience, the team is very welcoming and guided me in all the tasks. I recommend this experience if you want a calm place to relax and enjoy nature, there are so many hikes and places to explore around lake Iseo. Lovere is really a beautiful place and so is the hostel 🫶🏻

I had an amazing three weeks at the hostel! Lovere is the most beautiful town with stunning mountains and lake views. The shifts and tasks were well organized and clearly communicated, and the team was very welcoming and accommodating of my travel plans. It is the perfect experience if you want to relax and enjoy the town; however, just keep in mind that it can sometimes be challenging to travel to other places in Northern Italy because of the limited public transportation options in Lovere. Thank you so much Clara, Valentina, Michele, and the housekeeping team for hosting me!

My stay at the hostel was a great experience! I felt very welcome and comfortable, I learned a lot, and met wonderful people. The work is straightforward and you have enough free time to explore. Lovere is beautiful town with a lot of nature and a beautiful lake. Would love to come again!

Since I arrived at the hostel I felt like I was at home. The staff that works there is very kind all the time, always concerned about how we feel. Also the place is very nice and is located in front of the lake with a spectacular view. Very grateful for the days I spent in this volunteering 🫶🏼.

This was my first time volunteering with World Packers and I don't think I could of had a better experience. Lovere is absolutely gorgeous and everyone that works at the hostel were so kind and patient especially since I do not speak Italian. The work was pretty easy and straightforward and leaves you with plenty of time to explore. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone.
