I had an amazing experience volunteering with Juan. The place is calm and relaxing, with shifts that are well-organized and always respected, allowing a great balance between work and free time. The atmosphere was peaceful, and it was a pleasure to connect with other volunteers during the stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a meaningful and enjoyable volunteer experience!

My experience was amazing. Juan was such a good host and he also showed us around a few places on the island. There is a kitchen to use and they have breakfast options available, which is great. The place is very clean & cozy and great to relax after the shift. You also have Netflix and very great food options close by. In my second week I was sick and I had to go to the clinic. The host Juan even helped me with that and drove me there. He was very helpful and kind! Highly recommended!!

I had a great experience volunteering here. It's definitely the place to go if you're looking for a chill and relaxing time. It's in a great location and I had lots of free time to go out and explore the island. The work itself is super easy, basically just cleaning and being around to help guests when they need it. The shifts and days off were all planned and organized for the duration of my stay with flexibly to switch if I needed it. Juan was a great host and made me feel very welcome there.

My stay at the hostel Dorm was the calmess I was looking for. The place is really confortable, quiet and principally, respectfull. Cause Im very honest, I must confess that my arrival was a bit particular, but the owners take care and were very helpfull regarding my situation. And that's the most important things! The humanity and solidarity while travelling, definitely it's what I appreciate most. The hostel is very well located, and the shifts are fine, with plenty of time to rest, chill, and enjoy the island. Highly recommended. Thank you much for your kindness, Juan and all the staff 🙂.

Juan the manager is so chill and relaxed, an all round great guy. The work and shifts are fair, Whit Juan being okay if volunteers swap them amongst themselves. The hostel is lovely and a great place to eat and get out of the heat.

This was my first volunteering expreience in Asia and it was great! Juan is the legend running the place. He was a really cool and easy guy to talk to, very laid back. The work is easy to manage and there is a kitchen so you can cook! If i am back in Langkawi i will work there again!

Had a great experience volunteering at the hostel. Very chill and easy going, the work is very straight forward and you usually finish the cleaning tasks before the four shift is up so the rest of the time you are just keeping common areas tidy and being around for guests if they need to check in/check out. Juan the manager was amazing, makes everyone feel welcome! Was in a great location, walking distance to beach all the restaurants. Great place to explore and ground yourself.

I had a great experience at the hostel, the place is highly organized and work shifts are straight forward. There is plenty of time to explore the island as the location is good and there's much to do around. The staff was lovely and I was lucky enough to be there with the best volunteer's! The beds were a bit noisy and had no curtains but I didn't mind too much.
