Staying with Bruno and Rety was amazing . They are both such caring and wonderful people, who are also kind but direct commutators about expectations. They have a son who's pretty cool. I enjoyed learning to make cob and working with new tools. The living accommodations were nice as well . I stayed in a spacious bell tent , with a comfortable mattress and fluffy blankets. I have fond memories of game nights, absolutely delicious meals and even better conversations that followed. My time spent was full of joy , connection and whimsy. So grateful to have spent time here ❤️🙏🏽

I would highly recommend this location. Rety, Bruno, and Tim are amazing, kind, and accepting people who made us feel part of the family. I was able to learn a variety of skills working here that I will be able to use with other projects and just in life. The work is so much fun and very rewarding. The accommodations were also great, we slept in a bell tent, and had amazing food thanks to Rety. There was always something going on in the local villages, and the area was pretty fun to explore. I can not say enough how great this project was, My time here is something I will never forget.

Can't understate how much we learnt at and enjoyed our stay with Rety, Bruno and Tim. The work was rewarding and we were taught heaps but also given the agency to discover each project independently. The accommodation was very comfortable and the food was delicious. A highlight was the wide scope of things to discover and learn about both practically and in conversation, everyone we met had their own mix of culture and experience they were willing to share. They made sure we were catered to every step of the way and really made us feel welcome and special. We really loved it

Staying with Rety and Bruno was a wonderful experience. They really made me feel like a member of the family. Rety is an amazing cook. You will always have enough to eat. The property is beautiful. The animals they have are cute. The work hours are reasonable and the work is fun and varied. For me I helped building their new house, gardening, and some working with clay! If you want to experience what it's like to live on an the project in Portugal then stay here! I got to meet some of the locals too and experience they way they live. It was very inspiring.

My stay at Rety and Bruno's permaculture exceeded expectations at every turn. The family are so welcoming, thoughtful, and kind. My main aim was to learn about how I could adopt permaculture practices into my own life yet, with everyone I met being fountains of knowledge, I left inspired and informed not only about sustainability but also travel, health, and so much more. I had the best time and it was so fun to experience the permaculture community in Portugal! Thank you Rety, Bruno, and Tim- I will definitely be coming back!
