The Experience

You will be helping us with the day to day customer service role, speaking with guests, promoting our daily events in the hostel. We require someone with a good level of English and any European language is a bonus. The evenings require someone who's social, helping people with drinks orders, organising the evening events and someone creative to help come up with new ideas on how to engage customers. Someone that has fantastic energy!

My experience at the hostel was everything I could have hoped for and more. I met and created amazing connections with kind, fun staff, volunteers and guests. the hostel has a really inclusive exciting atmosphere that made it so easy to greet anyone there and make a new friend. My volunteering I thoroughly enjoyed and hope tobeback! The work came effortlessly, I love working with people and an upbeat workplace. if you enjoy having good chats with strangers..to friends..to lovers..to strangers again..hehe I would definitely recommend having a stay at the hostel. It was a beautiful experience❤️

The hostel, really is the hostel! This really is such a beautiful hostel. I really enjoyed my time here and honestly learned some great social skills! The job is in the evenings, to party with the guests whilst also organizing the events such as pub crawl's beer bong, ect. I met some people who I'll never forget, staff, volunteers and guests. If you're looking for somewhere to work along side some really funny silly lovely intelligent kind people, and pick up new skills AND party, come on here!

Staying at the hostel was my first World Packers volunteering experience and I couldn't choose a better place to go. My position was social media&content creator. We agreed extremely last minute, but I am so happy that it worked out! the hostel is an absolutely great place to stay, comfy bed, pool, great food… but the best thing? People. I was lucky enough to connect with other volunteers as well as locals and could be part of traditional Vietnamese dinner and other unforgettable moments. Omar is the greatest person every with heart made of gold. Thank you for crossing my life path!

Thoroughly enjoyed my time here - welcomed by everyone and it's easy to befriend and work alongside the other volunteers & the staff here. The duties are as listed so there's no confusion as to what's expected of you. It's a fun role that allows you to meet so many other international travelers.

I had a good time at the hostel. I met lots of new people and the work was fun. The staff and volunteers at the hostel are so friendly and welcoming and are always there to help if you need. They gave us enough time off to do the ha giang loop and a day tour which is awesome. Thanks
