The Experience

We are a family living in the forest near the border betwen Chile and Argentina. We are building our home using cob and straw. There is so much to do here and we need help not only with the building, but also with others fams jobs like carrying soil or wood, prepare bed for crops etc. We recomend writing to us before choosing our place, because the jobs that need done can vary. Thank you!

I had a great time at Martin and Vivian's, fantastic to be learn about natural construction while having fantastic conversations about life. I have zero previous construction skills but they were very helpful in giving me direction. The work itself was decent, straight forward, required attention and physicality but wasn't technically demanding which opens the doors to people like me that are complete beginners. At lunch we ate great food cooked by the host, drank mate 🧉 ate homemade bread, biscuits, and even homemade pizza. I loved meeting other volunteers and becoming part of the family.

Me encantó!

Recomendadooo
