This was my first worldpackers experience and I really recommend this if it's your first experience. The job was pretty easy and clear, Mary doesn't speak english but she communicates well the activities, the people are really nice, friendly and respectful so that makes the job even easier. As a worldpacker you have a lot of time and freedom so you are able explore other cities pretty easily. Yannik and Kai were always very friendly and helpful to every question we had, the stay it's comfortable and you have all the facilities you need.

I really enjoyed my stay there. I felt very comfortable, the people were super friendly, and the place had plenty of amenities. The schedule worked really well for me, especially since I had to work in the afternoons—they made it easy for me to have the space I needed to get my work done. I truly enjoyed being there; everything was great.

Volunteering here was a powerful and eye-opening experience. I mainly helped with preparing and serving meals, and organizing clothing donations for the community. The atmosphere was respectful and supportive, and I felt like I was contributing to something truly meaningful. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to help others and be part of a committed team.

My experience was amazing, it was my first time volunteering and I loved it, I met a lot of people, you have enough free time to explore the city and its surroundings, they keep to the set hours, you are always welcome in the activities they organise. Deeply grateful to the organization team, Yannik who was attentive, always open to listen and help you with whatever you need, Kai is funny, always helps you with whatever you need as well, both very nice, Mary, lovely and always attentive.

I absolutely loved this experience. During my time here I had the chance to have a real life impact, helping in the community dinning room for people in need, I really enjoyed helping Mary in the kitchen. The days and hours of volunteer work were respected, it was only 3 days a week, the instructions to follow were clear and I had the best time with the other 5 volunteers that were in the house at that moment. I also had the chance to visit many beautiful cities and towns in the surroundings and some castles. I honestly wanted to stay longer and I would definitely come back in the future.

It was my first experience as wordpackers! I had a great time with the other volunteers. The tasks were simple and clear. There are many ways to help in the kitchen. The cook is very nice but she only speaks German. The house is cozy. The area is not " German" but there are several stores or supermarkets in the area. I recommend this experience because I think it is very important to learn about other cultures and difficult realities like poverty. I grew up a lot here and met other amazing travelers.

The organization gave me a lot and asked very little of me. It gave me a comfortable, private and spacious place to stay, some extra meals, and the opportunity to meet some great people while practicing German. The work is simple and very important to the local community. We had a lot of time to explore the local area or travel to other parts of Germany and Europe. Yannik was kind and made time to help me with things in amongst his usual job, which helped me with settling into Germany. Some previous tenants had been slack with cleaning, but all the volunteers worked together to keep things tidy

This was my first Worldpackers experience and it was amazing. Yannik is very kind, helpful, and respectful to everyone. The volunteer bedrooms are comfortable and so are the living spaces that are shared with the other Worldpacker volunteers. Upon arriving, I was nervous because I don't speak any German, but Mary in the kitchen is very patient and is great at explaining what she needs done each day. The work in the kitchen involved preparing vegetables and meat and also helping serve the meal. the organization is a wonderful place and I would come back in a heartbeat! I recommend volunteering here!
