The Experience

Urgent help needed. Come help me run my homey 12 bed Hostel. I work part time so I need someone to help with check-ins, check-outs, cleaning, beds, breakfast service and guest experience. Come and enjoy hiking, biking, water sports in the beautiful Okanagan Valley.

I had a wonderful time at the hostel. Expectations are clear and there is a good amount of time to explore the area. The hostel itself is well equipped with everything you need. Laurie was friendly and easy to communicate with. The location is right near downtown, near the bus stop and close to a supermarket. Really recommend this experience

Would really recommend! Laurie is the sweetest person ever, she has genuinely been a joy to work for. The work is simple and you can do them on your own schedule. The hostel gets such a range of guests so it's really exciting chatting to everyone and hearing their story! The hostel really has such a comfortable and homely vibe.

This was my second experience at the hostel, and it went as brightly as the first one. Laurie is a very welcoming person, and very clear with the tasks. The tasks were fast and easy to do, and the guests are always very interesting people. Could not recommend more this experience. This was my first ever Worldpackers experience, and it was the best one I could have ever asked for.

Laurie was amazing! She was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. She was very clear with the tasks and always made sure I was comfortable and taking my time off. This was my first experience with a volunteering app, and I could not have asked for a better one. The tasks were easy to do, and you generally have a great time talking to the guests too! The room was very comfortable and the hostel istself is extremely welcoming, relaxing and homey. I can confidently tell anyone who is considering volunteering here that they will not regret it.
