Hola amigos! Los invitamos a ser parte de nuestro equipo en Sunset Hostel, en La Paz, B.C.S A cambio de 5 horas de tu dia, te ofrecemos alojamiento, uso de piscina, lavadora, cocina totalmente equipada y descuentos en tours y actividades. En el voluntariado, deberas realizar tareas de recepcion, atencion al huesped, aseo, entre otras. No dudes en contactarnos si te interesa! Te esperamos!!

This exchange wasn't as expected, I had applied for 5 days a week and 4 hour days doing social media and marketing with breakfast included. I was given 250 pesos for the month for food and was expected to do 6 days a week 5 hour days. The managers Abel and mica are lovely people, they work hard, are kind and understanding. However the owner Mariano I cannot say the same is true. I was glad I was mostly dealing with Mica and abel. Overall I had a good experience but I wouldn't return.

Lamentamos que tu experiencia no haya sido de tu agrado.
No tuve el gusto de conocerte porque estaba de viaje.
Tampoco tuve el placer de evaluar te porque de ser así te daba un 1 porque lo hiciste todo mal, además de irte antes del voluntariado.
Pero antes de todo esto quiero aclararte que estas confundida tu has aplicado para mantenimiento limpieza y recepción.
30 horas x semana que son 5 horas x 6 días.
La que aplico para redes fue tu amiga Fernánda que ese si eran 4 horas y solo redes. Cosa que realmente no hizo bien solo basta con. Mirar el instagram para ver que eso un niño de 7 años lo hace mejor.
Con respeto a los 250 pesos para el desayuno se te ofreció la opción de darte el desayuno básico o el dinero y tu elegiste el dinero.
Es decir que realmente tu comportamiento fue pésimo.
En tu momento de estar en recepción has dejado marchar huéspedes sin pagar y tu estirada en el sofá cn tus tenis encima de el lo pude ver por las cámaras.
Si ves mis reseñas eres la única que escribió mal de mi.
Te recomiendo que cambies de actitud.
No te aceptaría nuevamente .
A los anfitriónes no recomendaria a esta chica. Mala actitud y comportamiento.
Por cierto Abel y Mica tus amigos encargados que mencionan ya no están aquí por no hacer bien su trabajo.

Mi experiencia como voluntario en el hostel fue simplemente increíble. Desde el primer día el ambiente fue súper lleno de buena vibra. Las tareas eran claras y llevaderas, y el trato del staff fue siempre muy amable y cercano. Me encantaba poder usar la piscina después de ayudar. Disfruté muchísimo interactuar con los huéspedes, compartir experiencias, darles tips sobre La Paz y sentirme parte de ese pequeño oasis. La ciudad es tranquila pero con muchísimo por descubrir: playas hermosas, actividades al aire libre y atardeceres espectaculares. Sin duda volvería mil veces al hostel!

El hostal está muy cerca del malecón, por lo que tienes todo cerca. Sol es muy atenta con la limpieza del hostal, por lo que las tareas que nos toca hacer a las voluntarias son muy sencillas. Mariano y Sol son muy chistosos y hacen divertido el trabajo. En general hay un gran ambiente con los huéspedes; conocí a gente muy interesante de todas partes del mundo y puedo decir que son amigos que me llevaré en el corazón.

Cumplen con todo lo acordado, tareas de recepción simples y los horarios son flexibles. El hostel es muy centrico. Puedes socializar con los huespedes. Personalmente arme un grupo de 15 huespedes para salir y lo pasamos genial. Lamentablemente una voluntaria (Pauleth) creo situaciones incomodas. Poniendo en riesgo nuestra seguridad en la habitación, alojando gente durante la noche que no era huesped y abusando de nuestra confianza y la de Mariano. Finalmente negando y minimizando la gravedad de la situación. Gracias Mariano y Sol, una experiencia muy bonita. Nos veremos muy pronto 😊
