The Experience

Venha vivenciar a nossa metodologia de produção de mudas. Precisamos de ajuda em várias atividades diárias. Desde o preparo de composto orgânico e produção de húmus de minhoca. Passando pelo preparo de substratos e canteiros para plantio, semeadura e germinação em estufa, clonagem, de mais de 80 espécies de plantas, entre ervas e frutíferas. Ajuda com reparos e manutenção da chácara. Amplie sua visão a respeito da Agroecologia!

Nini and Jorge are very good hosts. I felt like it was home there. I learnt a lot of things about agroecology and PANCs. We ate so many amazing lunches with the plants of the garden. We had really interesting discussions about sustainable practices in agriculture. I recommand highly to go at Nini and Jorge home.

This is a really special place. I learnt so much from Nini and Jorge in my short time here and have been deeply inspired by their project! The location is very peaceful. The meals were the most delicious food I have eaten in Brazil (and maybe anywhere!), all made with fresh ingredients and 'PANCs' from the garden. From interesting political discussions to card games, I loved their company. Unfortunately I was ill in my second week so I was unable to work but they were very caring and understanding.

Minha experiência foi uma maravilhosa imersão no universo das PANCS. Aprendi sobre compostagem, plantio, cultivo e até o preparo dessas plantinhas para alimentação. A experiência ganhou ainda mais sentido graças ao ambiente acolhedor e respeitoso, que me permitiu exercer minhas potencialidades e resgatar o prazer de cozinhar com presença e em boa companhia. Sou imensamente grata por tudo que vivi e aprendi, e pelo carinho que desenvolvi por Nini e Jorge — pessoas maravilhosas que fizeram com que essa experiência fosse a melhor entre todos os voluntariados que já realizei. Gratidão por tudo!

Meu tempo na comunidade foi incrível! Tive a oportunidade de aprender sobre sustentabilidade na prática, fazer parte de todo o processo de cultivo, as atividades são todas feitas em coletivo e pude aprender tudo com pessoas maravilhosas, Jorge e Nini, Ozéias e os outros voluntários que conheci lá. Tive a oportunidade de crescer dentro da minha própria consciência social, entender os processos e os porquês da necessidade de adotar um cultivo sustentável, a vivência é tranquila, os horários são de acordo com o combinado. Pude ajudar também na cozinha com uma alimentação orgânica e saudável.
