The Experience
We need a friendly and outgoing person to work at our reception desk! You will help check people in and out, sell tours, answer questions, and make friends with guests. You will be expected to work 25 hours a week with 2 days off. Come get to know Hanoi and make friends for life!

Life changing experience for sure, all the staff was incredible and we all became such good friends, like our own little family :) The work itself was not too hard and honestly really fun working at the hostel. Management is also flexible on the schedule which was a huge help. Would definitely recommend for people looking for a volunteer experience in the hostel. I leave in a few days and am sad to go, but will leave here with new lifelong friends from around the world :))))

If you're thinking about volunteering here, please do I had the time of my life and I met so many amazing people. You're in the heart of the hostel and it's such a lively city and you meet amazing people to experience it with. They're also really flexible with your schedule so you're also able to visit other parts of northern Vietnam. So it's the perfect place if you really want to experience northern Vietnam, I could not recommend this place more!! Love you guys forever ❤️❤️❤️

I had the greatest of time here! everything that I read in the comments before are 100% correct. Work is easy and fun. Team is amazing! Also the other volunteers give the whole experience its perfect touch! This volunteer job is definitely something for party people - if you can't deal with noice I would not recommend because the hostel is in the heart of the hostel. But if you wanna experience the city life it's a 10/10!! :)
