The Experience
We need a friendly and outgoing person to work at our reception desk! You will help check people in and out, sell tours, answer questions, and make friends with guests. You will be expected to work 25 hours a week with 2 days off. Come get to know Hanoi and make friends for life!

- Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

I was originally going to work at the hostel for 3 weeks. i ended up staying for 4 weeks. all the volunteers and managers made me feel welcome and part of the team. i worked behind the hostel and the work was really fun. we were given a lot of freedom but had to work hard on busy nights, which I think makes it fun. this was my first volunteer experience and i loved it. i think the hostel is pretty high for me now to work at such a nice place again. would definitely recommend this hostel.

This was my first volunteer and i had the best experience i could ever wish for this place is sick and also the other volunteers are amazing, i will definitely come back and i recommend it 100% if you want to have a great time ;)
