The Experience

Buenas. Somos una pareja que regentamos una finca que se dedica al turismo rural. Nos encontramos cerca del sur de la isla y siempre tenemos buen clima, al contrario de la zona de Las Palmas. Tenemos 10 apartamentos y un restaurante que requiere mucha dedicación. Tenemos nuestros trabajadores, pero cualquier ayuda nos viene bien para que las cosas salgan mejor. Si os interesa nuestra propuesta, no dude en apuntarse al voluntariado.

Finca originally was very nice, we shared meals together and they had us for christmas eve dinner. As a couple it was hard as we were often working opposite shifts and the Finca is 30 minutes from Maspalomas by bus. Nature is awesome in this area and room/hours were respected. The food was amazing. The only downside is that we were asked to leave as my partners work ethic was “not up to their standard” but nothing was communicated during or prior to us being yelled at and told we weren't needed. I really enjoyed my time there, before we were asked to leave.

It was a great experience. I couldn't have been better. The food was fantastic. It is a quiet and cozy place where you can enjoy the beach in the city and hiking in your days off. So. The host is utterly friendly and respect the work time. Thanks for the wonderful time there I would never forget It. I definitely recommend It.

Fue mi primera experiencia como voluntaria y me gusto :) Es un lugar perfecto para despejarme la mente, encontrar paz y tranquilidad, y a la vez conocer la isla mientras contribuía con el trabajo. En importante tener en cuenta lo del bus y que las 30 horas de trabajo se cumplen. Las tareas son sencillas, aveces toca más aveces menos, pero los empleados son muy amables y disfrute trabajar con ellos. La comida es super buena y la cocina esta disponible en cualquier momento para prepararse una merienda. Como mujer me sentí segura también! Me llevo muy buenos recuerdos :)
