It has been one of the best experiences of my life, I'm truly grateful for it! The surrounding nature is spectacular and the farm is perfectly cared for. Hege is flexible with work shifts, so it is easy to combine work and free time (there are lots of places to explore). The volunteer's house is also really comfortable and it's already a home I would like to come back to in the future. 10/10

We could not have asked for a better experience at the farm ❤️ Hege and her family are incredibly welcoming and accommodating :)There is no shortage of things to do with your time off, whether hiking, kayaking, or fishing. It was our home for 2 months, and a part of us will always be there...

Hege and her family are the kindest people I have ever met- respectful, knowledgeable, funny and generous. She is an extremely communicative and warm host- it was clear from the first day that she is flexible with working hours and days off. The tasks at the farm didn't feel like tasks because I genuinely enjoyed doing everything and learning so much along the way. The excursions that Hege's father took us on- beautiful mountains and islands, on our days off were out of this world! I've truly found my “Norwegian family” is the best way I can describe my time, and I will be back soon!

Hege and her family were super friendly and giving. The experience was amazing since the nature around the farm is stunning and there are so many different activities that they offer. It's hard to believe that there is any worldpackers experience better than this:). The Aplacas are funny🕺

My experience in the farm will forever stay in my heart. If you want to get in touch with nature, this is the perfect environnement to enjoy the wilderness, the peacefulness, the songs of birds and the views ( you get to see some wild animals as well) Besides the fun work in the nature, Hege being a super warm-hearted host (+ thank you sooo much John, for all the great excursions!) and the sweet alpacas, i'm so glad that I got to know many beautiful people here! My experience was soulful,interesting and social.I couldn't have wished for anything more and by the end I really felt at home.

My first volunteering experience and it was fantastic. I really loved getting to know the farm, Hege and her family, all very nice and friendly, they make you feel at home. It was wonderful to be surrounded by animals (alpacas, rabbits, chicks and chickens) and to live in an environment surrounded by nature. totally recommended, from day one I had guidance on how to get to the farm through public transport and those details make a difference. Without a doubt, I would repeat the experience!

Where do I begin?! My experience at the farm was beyond my expectations and I had a wonderful stay! I would 100% recommend them to any nature lover and will definitely come back to visit Hege and her family. They are so kind and open-minded, it's refreshing. It's the perfect volunteering experience that you could wish for. The volunteers have their own private house, we go grocery shopping once a week, the work is fun and not too hard and it leaves plenty of time to go out exploring or relax. I loved working with the alpacas and helping with the work on the farm! Tusen takk for having me! ❤️❤️

My stay at the farm has been one of the best experiences of my life, this was my first worldpackers experience and it could not have been any better! Hege is so kind and accommodating, ensuring I was always happy with the tasks and had things to do on my days off! The work was really enjoyable and the farm is in such a beautiful place with lots to do and see. The accommodation is perfect and if we ever needed anything Hege was so helpful! I really appreciate the kindness from Hege and her family and will always remember my amazing stay at the farm! I Hopefully will be back soon 💛🌼

My time at the farm has been one of the best experiences of my life! hege is so welcoming and helpfull and i could not have wished for a better host. the work was so much fun and being able to see the barn transform and being able to be apart of it was really amazing. the farm is so beautifulwith amazing surroudings and lots of amazing hikes to do. the accomodation was just perfect and if we ever needed anything hege would be more than happy to help us out. i will always remeber hege and her family and their kindness and generosity. i was genuinely so sad to leave but hope to visit again 💕💕
