O Marujo Hostel está aceitando Voluntários para inicio imediato. Em nosso hostel os voluntários não precisam se preocupar com limpeza de segunda a sábado, somente aos domingos e feriados. A tarefa consiste apenas em check-in e check-out e cuidados com roupas de cama e com a casa. Gustavo é transparente, deixa claro as regras da casa, cumpre com o que é combinado e espera o mesmo dos voluntários. O esquema de turnos é ótimo para aproveitar a cidade e ter um tempo maior de folga. Limpeza apenas aos domingos e feriados, exceto para quem está de folga. A divisão da casa é feita entre os 3 voluntários, idealmente das 11h às 14h, mas se você quiser adiantar sua parte do combinado sem atrapalhar os hóspedes, é tranquilo. Foi meu primeiro voluntariado e certamente voltarei outras vezes.

Meu primeiro voluntário foi no hostel e foi uma experiência incrível! Durante o treinamento, todos os detalhes sobre sistema e sobre o hostel são explicados, e mesmo se houver dúvidas o próprio Gustavo ou outros voluntários são bem solícitos em ajudar. O trabalho é bem tranquilo e por isso o Gustavo espera que façamos o básico bem feito. Em dias mais tranquilos você consegue até estudar, ler e cozinhar durante o turno. Em turnos mais cheios, vai trocar ideia com várias pessoas diferentes. Há 5min do hostel tem o terminal que para em todas as praias, cada onibus 5 reais.

Esse foi o meu primeiro voluntariado, e terá sempre um lugar especial em minhas memórias. Conheci pessoas incríveis, tanto aqui do Brasil quanto de outros países, e a troca de ideais, informações e experiências me fizeram exergar o mundo de diferentes perspectivas, e isso é incrível. O Gustavo é bastante atencioso, e deixa tudo muito bem explicado e claro desde o início, das regras da casa até todas as etapas do treinamento, sendo muito didático. As tarefas são tranquilas, check-in; check-out; recolher os leçóis, colocar na máquina e cuidado com a casa, coisa simples. Valeu o hostel!!

O voluntariado no the hostel foi muito especial! A equipe de voluntários era incrível e o Gustavo que é o anfitrião tinha uma boa comunicação com todos e é muito receptivo. O trabalho é super tranquilo, as atividades se resumiam em ficar na recepção, trocar as roupas de cama e aos domingos feriados e fazíamos a limpeza do hostel que era bem boa de fazer, pois nos demais dias tem a maravilhosa da Re que faz. Além disso, a escala de horários é feita de uma forma que nos dias de folga ficávamos mais de 24h livres e era definida com bastante antecedência, então dava pra se organizar bem.

Foi sem sombra de dúvidas o voluntáriado mais leve e tranquilo que tive até agora, só tem limpeza aos domingos e feriados, e é dividido entre todos os voluntários o que torna o serviço rápido e fácil, a recepção é só check in e check out, as demais tarefas como checagem da geladeira, regar as plantas, e colocar roupas pra larvar são muito simples de executar, o sistema é intuitivo, o Gustava dá um treinamento que é 10 de 10 e vai ao hostel todos os dias verificar se tá tudo certo, o hostel é limpo e harmonioso, recomendo pra quem quer um lugar tranquilo e organizado.
