Working for OTS was one of the best decisions i've made this year. I had such a great time in Split. The team was super fun and we always partied together, which made the job even better. And honestly, the guest house parties themselves were just insane unforgettable every time. I also learend a lot of social skills like how to approach people with confidence, create a fun vibe, and get the crowd hyped on the water.

If you're looking for something fun and are a social person, should definitely work with OTS! I had an unforgettable time working for the guest house, it really was the best summer job anyone could ask for. The best part for me was the community of people also working there. I met people I will visit in other countries and people have already come to visit me! The deep connections I made will last a lifetime along with all the amazing memories. It truly cannot be beat. Not to mention Marko, Sam, and Ryan, are the best bosses anyone could ask for and really know how to throw a good the guest house. 10/10 would definitely recommend and do again!
