This was my first Worldpackers experience and it was awesome. Sonia is a force of nature and her story, energy, and commitment are very inspiring. I loved working in the garden and fully enjoyed the beauty and quietness of the place. For me, it was a great way to recharge my batteries and reconnect with nature. Travellers, beware of mosquitoes and other insects, so don't forget to bring some strong repellent. Thank you for everything, Sonia!

Estár no sítio ipê foi simplesmente enriquecedor, muitos apredinzados sobre sustentabilidade, cultivo, socialização com moradores locais, contato com a natureza, uma troca incrível que trouxe um grande enriquecimento para a vida que levaremos por onde andarmos, sem falar da "DONA SÔNIA" nossa querida anfitriã que nos recebeu como parte da família, ela uma jovem senhora Cheia de vida que foi nosso maior motivo de um dia poder voltar novamente nesse cantinho maravilhoso chamado SÍTIO IPÊ. Muito obrigado Dona Sônia nossa querida (apocalípticazinha) apelido carinhoso que demos a ela.

Gente!!estou apaixonadamente apaixonada pela dona Sonia e pelo sítio que é um verdadeiro pedacinho do céu!!!lugar lindo e incrível, cheio de paz uma experiência maravilhosa que eu levarei para a vida,aprendir tanto com a dona Sônia,estar com ela foi como fazer uma faculdade pra vida em apenas um mês,sair de lá preparada para o mundo!! Nossas vivências foram extraordinárias e sem retinas,com ela cada dia é único,uma mulher incrível,super inteligente e independente,super empoderada!!! Se você procura por um voluntariado em meio a natureza e busca paz tranquilidade eu super recomendo!

Contribuir com o the farm foi uma das minhas melhores experiências como voluntária. Dona Sônia é uma mulher incrível e possui vasto conhecido de permacultura e sustentabilidade. Minha principal tarefa foi fazer a limpeza das telhas para um novo galinheiro, mas aprendi muito sobre reaproveitamento, compostagem e reciclagem, cultivo, colheita e preparaçao de cogumelos shimejis. Uma vivência intensa e rica de conversas, aprendizados, risadas, carinho, energias renovadas e renováveis e comida muito boa! Haha Agradeço imensamente essa troca e já quero voltar! Senti que foi uma troca enriquecedora.
