Teaching at PCEF, was 100% my best experience in Cambodia. the school and the rest of the family was amazing, the kids are eager to learn and the food mom makes is just amazing! The other volunteers were amazing, and created some really good friendships, whilst learning about the local community, So if you want to help the local community, see the “real” the school life, save some money, teach english, and get a brake from the travelling stress. This is the perfect place.

The time spent at PCEF was one of the most fun and rewarding experiences of my life. The kids we taught were amazing and we enjoyed every minute. the school and his family are an inspiration and food was always delicious. We had no intention of teaching before deciding to volunteer at PCEF but it has now given both my partner and I the confidence to do more teaching, for this I can't thank the school enough!!!!

Sam and Olivia were very enthusiastic and worked well with the children. They also made videos, instagram posts and helped with funding applications for our project. They were fun to have around and I would welcome them back anytime.

This place is no joke - just pure magic. I felt the happiest during my travels. the school and his wife and family are welcoming but even more loving. I'm deeply grateful for them having me in their home with huge respect. There is so much to learn from the kids, family and of yourself. On weekends you can spend the day in Siem Reap with other volunteers or stay in the school doing local staff (recommend ;) I ended up teaching alone but it's really easy and even more fun!! The students will appreciate your time with them <3

The school and his family are so sweet and welcoming. They really made us feel at home. We were teaching a couple hours a day and then painting on the walls of the school and making coconut bowls in our free time. We even had a karaoke night around the fire ! The food was always so tasty. A very good experience, just try it:)

One of the best experiences of my life! Only good things at PCEF school so if you are thinking about it, I absolutely recommend it! The most lovely family, the best food, the accommodations are super comfortable and it's a pleasure to teach the kids. I didn't have any experience teaching so it was a bit challenging for me some times but is an easy going duty and the kids are very interested in learn and they do their best. Thank you again to the school, Saivong, the girls, Pheakaday, and all the puppies for such an amazing month! I hope I'll see you soon!

Volunteering at the school was such an incredible experience. the school and his family are the kindest people and will really make you feel at home. It was a privilege to teach the enthusiastic the school children and contribute to their learning. Living in the village is an amazing way to experience the true the school ways of life and you will see so much nature here. The food was also so good as we were provided with a variety of traditional dishes and fresh fruit each day. I will always treasure my experience at PCEF. It is a very special place and I feel lucky to have contributed to it

From the start, the school and his family were very welcoming and kind. There is no better place to learn about khmer culture. Everyone was super nice. The classes are really easy. The children are always happy to meet new volunteers and happy to learn. I hope I get to come back and volunteer at PCEF again someday.

Sarah was a fabulous volunteer for our school. She showed complete commitment to us and her students, taking care of her lesson plans and helping the students to gain confidence in their ability to speak English.
She was a good team player with the other volunteers.
We miss her and would love for her to return one day.
Thank you, Sarah, for the time you gave us.
