I really enjoyed this volunteering! The location and benefits are great, and the flexible schedule makes it easier to explore around (especially from milan). The staff are friendly and great people!! It's a popular hostel with outside events, so there can be a lot going on, but definitely a fun place to be and make good memories! Grateful for the chance to be part of the OB team, even if just for a bit! :))

Volunteering here you will def find such a great team 💚🤍❤️ Mr Stevens got it wrong saying that "The most beautiful thing in the world is, of course, the world itself" because, at least for me, most of the time is the little bubble you create while travelling. This summer this bubble included, è ovvio, the hostel 😉

I had an unforgettable time at the hostel! The whole team is warm and welcoming and the working hours are more than fair. The tasks vary between helping at the reception and organizing activities such as karaoke or game nights. You can always talk to the team if you have any concerns, and they truly respect your needs. In your free time, you can socialize with guests if you'd like, but it's also no problem to take a break for yourself on the terrace or on the sofa. This hostel is absolutely recommendable — I'd come back anytime and would happily repeat this experience!

The hostel has such a social and friendly atmosphere — I got to meet amazing people from all over the world. I'm really grateful for everything I learned here and for the kindness of the staff. It's my second time in the hostel and it was amazing again! I can't say thank you enough for the team for making me feel so welcomed and cared for. The location of the hostel is amazing, just in the heart of the city and the facilities are beautiful. Its a very social environment and you can always expect to meet amazing people.
