The Experience

We are top rated hostel very close to the main entrance of Tayrona national park. Every year we are listed in Lonely Planet guides as a top backpacker's choice in this part of Colombia. We are looking for volunteers who could help us in reception and restaurant related tasks. At the reception the 5 hours shifts are from 7am to 12pm, 12 to 5pm and 5 to 10pm. You don't need to have previous experience, just a good attitude and work ethics.

It was a great experience at the hostel as a volunteer. Staff is helpful and nice, they respect schedules. Property is near the beach and Zaino Tayrona Park entrance. The public bus which stops right in front of the hostel is a plus. It's quiet and peaceful.

El hostel es un lugar increíble, bien comunicado en bus y con muchos lugares que visitar alrededor. La comida es rica y se respetan los turnos de trabajo y descanso. A pesar de que el puesto es para recepción, en ocasiones hay que colaborar en otras áreas como el restaurante.

Querido viajero. the hostel es un hogar para quien lo visita. La estadía es muy amena, sobretodo por el personal que la conforma, la atención y respeto que allí se recibe. El voluntariado es gratificante a medida que se empieza a manejar la información y es aún más, enriquecedor cuando se esta dispuesto a ayudar a todos en lo que se puede <3 Ademas, se tiene la oportunidad de conocer locales, indígenas, extranjeros, puntos de interés, asistir a eventos y explorar la exorbitante, magnífica y encantadora flora y fauna del lugar. Demasiado recomendado.
