Bratislava is such an interesting place. It's like a bubble with a things from eastern and Western Europe and I love it for that. Staying at the hostel gives you a chance to really get to know the city and feel like a local. The volunteers are amazing and the leadership feels like family. Everybody is working together and you feel like you've made new friends instantly. I definitely would recommend anybody to try it out and of course don't miss out on the river parties!!

Staying in urban and partying at wild was a sweet deal! It's not a small hostel, so there are quite a few tasks to do, but the team of volunteers and managers is really tight, which makes everything easier. Social life at hostels is something else, you're going to have a lot of fun and many hangovers, but it's totally worth it! And if ther is some emergensy you can count on managers to help you out

Wild the hostel at first makes you wonder how it is even possible that such a big and beautiful hostel can be run by a group of volunteers who run on very little sleep and party every night. Once you become part of it, you understand quickly. The hostel runs on community and love. Management staff are great people, other volunteers became some of my best friends. Would recommend this experience to anyone.

I stayed at the “chill” hostel, urban, and it was great! all of the activities and parties are with the other hostel, wild. The activities are the same as described, but if you don't want to clean the rooms, and just change beds for example, I wouldn't recommend it because here you do everything. They also offer money every day (1 euro for each volunteer, ex: 10 volun= 10 euros) to buy food, which helps a lot with saving money. Communication with managers is also excellent; they are willing to help when needed! The vibe was great, i met a lot of amazing people, thank you urban and tks dan!

After my short, but intense experience at the "Wild", I would say the name is not a coincidence. The job is not difficult, but it can be a bit hard because it's a massive hostel, so there's always more thins to do. Jammie, the manager, is really sweet and did everything to make me feel part of the team. The team and other volunteers are very nice as well. I would just suggest askin for a phone call to get the vibes before joining it, but if you like party and drinking, this will be a great experience. The wifi is sucks, but you can manage.
