The Experience

I am a Montevideano who studies and works as a lifeguard. I always try to be in movement and to share moments of learning and teaching. So, the idea is to help me out and to do fun things, always with humor and good vibes. It could be painting, woodworking, picking leaves from the garden, and much more. I have a beautiful garden, with many plants! Come to see it :)

These days at Sebas' house I had a great time. I learned a lot about painting, ecological techniques against insects and how to make delicious bread and appreciate the various permaculture methods he implements in all his activities. He has an incredible talent for playing the trumpet, has great stories from his travels and is a lot of fun. Volunteering with him is amazing, he is an understanding person and willing to help you, I took away a friend from this experience and wish him the best of success in his Portuguese study and all his projects. We had a great time at Sebastian's place. He made us feel at home at his place, invited us on bbq and hang out's with his friends, showed us a lot of different things to do around in Montevideo, definitely a good host and the perfect way to enjoy the city. Working hours are really flexible and gives u more than enough free time to relax and explore the surrounding as well. So with No doubt- I recommend!! 😃😃

Sebastian is a great host !! We been able to meet some of his friends, around a barbecue, a football match etc. This is probably the best way to discover Montevideo. The working hours are flexible, the environment is perfect. You need to be a bit proactive because there's a lot of different things to do there, up to u to find the mission you want to help with. I highly recommend

I had a very good time in Montevideo. The house is very simple but nice and the host is very friendly and likes to share experiences and to introduce you to the local culture and teaching you some Spanish. The work is not very hard and long and you can work whenever you want. The working climate is very good. If you have no problem with staying in a simple house you will have a great time with this volunteer work!
