Overall my stay at the coliving was okay. during my 2 weeks there I had the opportunity to meet awesome friends from all over the world, including locals. the managers are kind and the work itself is not hard! the apartment is okay, just be prepared to share a single bathroom and a open space kitchen with 13 people (overbooking can happen and a person had to sleep on the couch for 2 days). If I were to stay in seoul short term, I would choose the coliving again.

Talking to the coliving members is usually fun and engaging (sometimes the English speaking levels can impact how social the participants are). There is an afternoon and evening shift during the week for 3 hours and a Saturday day shift for 4 hours. 1-2 people per hour. Sometimes you build friendships outside of the coliving with the locals and grab dinner together or do other things which can be fun. The location is great! Easy to walk to lots of different cultural sites (two palaces near) and lots of restaurants in the area. Easy to get to other parts of the city via public transport.

I had a wonderful experience at the coliving that I extended. It is a great way to meet local, learn about their culture and possibly make friends. The work is very easy and it doesnt feel like you're working. It feels like you're just meeting friends, locals. Work is 5 days a week and sometimes you have to work on a Saturday . The accommodation and facilities is good and feels like home. I would comeback again.

Volunteering at the coliving was an incredible experience! Meeting new people and getting to talk with locals, making new friendships.. and also living in Seoul, I will cherish all of these memories in my heart until I'll be back to make new ones! The apartment is nice and big, even if sometimes it can feel a little bit crowded (especially since there's only one bathroom) but it's absolutely doable. As a first experience volunteering abroad I gotta say I'm pretty happy with my choice! I can't wait to to be back ❤️

My time at the coliving flew by! the coliving is a 10 minute walk from the apartment and I really enjoyed the area.It is convenient to get around! Having the opportunity to talk to so many locals was a lot of fun! The hours are very limited, which gives you plenty of time to explore with locals you meet at the coliving, other volunteers, alone... The apartment is pretty packed, but in a good way! It is very cozy and enjoyable when everyone is respectful towards eachother. Would definitely consider to come back if I ever decide to return to South-Korea!

This was an amazing experience. I came to engage with Korean culture and help the natives with their English through conversation. Many of the people I spoke to have inspired me to do more with my life. I also learned that even though we are from completely two different countries and cultures, we're not that so much different. I would recommend this to anyone who loves to learn and help others as well in the process.
