The Experience
This program's mainly focused on practicing speaking English and exchanging culture among local Koreans and also with volunteers from overseas. I believe that the best way to fully explore a certain country or a city is to actually bond and build a friendship with locals and that is what we locals here are excited to do!! We are trying to make an environment where everybody can join the conversation. Thank you for your interest in our project.

This was my first volunteering experience, and it lasted three months. I would happily do it again. The apartment is on the fifth floor without an elevator, but it is in a very central area and close to public transport, with both the subway and bus nearby. Living with other people made it easy to make great friends. The work is simple and gives you the chance to meet Korean people and learn more about Korean culture. I definitely recommend this volunteering experience. If you decide to join, keep an open mind and an open heart it's the best way to fully enjoy Korea.

I had an absolutely amazing two weeks! Chatting in English with the Koreans not only helped me practice my English but also gave me a wonderful insight into their culture. Living with the other volunteers was so much fun and really helped us bond and enjoy our time together. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone!
