The Experience

Estamos abertos a te ensinar

We spent three special weeks with Letícia and Valerian. They were always very kind and happy to share aspects of permaculture and their personal experience / project. Daily tasks included caring for the chickens, weeding, potting and planting, making compost, and other odd jobs. Working hours were respected and in our free time we were able to explore surrounding nature (weather permitting) by foot or kayaks - we even hitched a boat ride to the Dunes with Valerian! I recommend this experience to those looking to disconnect and spend some downtime in nature. Thanks again for everything

During our stay we helped Leticia and Valerian at their properties around Lagoa the project. We helped finish up the construction of two houses and worked on things like, wiring, trim work, digging trenches for water pipes, and various finishing touches to the spaces (hanging curtain rods, painting light fixtures, etc.) We learned a lot from them that we will be able to use in the future when we build our own house! We worked the agreed upon hours that are listed on Worldpackers and they brought us to different spots in the region including their posada in Jericoacoara. 10/10 Amazing!
