What an amazing volunteering it was! I easily could have stayed longer than just the 5 weeks. The shifts were easy and flexible and the team I worked with was always friendly and up to do something in our free time. I can say that I made good friends with the people there and would even consider to come back one day to this place! São the hostel is a nice little town with a vast variety of beaches nearby. The big park next door to the hostel is also a great place to calm down after work. Thank you Adri, Fer, Majo, Wander, Mari, Maia & Anna for our time together! All the best, Max :)

Meu primeiro voluntariado foi simplesmente incrível,as acomodações são excelentes a cozinha muito bem equipada,as tarefas são tranquilas e distribuídas de forma que não fica pesado para ninguém,a drika é uma pessoa de muita luz sempre disposta a te ajudar e esclarecer qualquer dúvida que vc tiver,a equipe é excelente muito profissionais com um destaque especial pra fer que sempre deixa o clima super leve e me tirou ótimas risadas,só tenho a agradecer por essa experiência maravilhosa

El hostel fue hogar ❣️ Las tareas súper sencillas y amenas Lxs voluntarixs con quienes tuve el placer de compartir, una hermosura de personas Lxs funcionarixs son personas maravillosas. Especial mención para Adri, coordinadora del hostel, y Fer, quienes ocupan un lugar en mi corazón Las habilidades de liderazgo, empatía, flexibilidad y sensibilidad de Adri son un plus más que valioso El café da manhã es completo. El cuarto de voluntarios muy cómodo. São el hostel una ciudad bellísima Recomiendo mucho voluntariar aqui y conocer la gente maravillosa que habita el Hostel Gratidão ✨

Como primeiro voluntariado pela WP, tive a possibilidade de compreender e aprender muito sobre a dinâmica do compartilhar, do trabalho em equipe, da importância do diálogo e da diversidade que cada um apresenta em si. A equipe fixa do hostel me trouxe muito acolhimento, oportunidade de expandir os meus conhecimentos e de aplicar aqueles que já dominava. O ambiente é super descontraído e organizado. Acredito que algumas coisas precisam melhorar, como a questão da escala no forró aos sábados e a variável nos acordos com os voluntários. Gratidão a todos!
