The management team and staff were lovely and conversational. The area is a 5 minute walk from the metro station, and it is on the border of zone 1 so central London is within 1 hour walking disrance. Housekeeping consisted of changing linens, dusting, hoovering and disposing of wastage to the bins. Breakfast assistant was restocking Continental breakfast, hoovering, mopping, dish washing and having and having friendly conversation. The accommodation was comfortable and spacious, sharing with a maximum of 3 other volunteers, and a lounge and kitchen for staff/volunteers only.

My time at the hostel was amazing! The place is comfortable, the tasks are respectful and the staff are kind. The hostel also has a great location and we can have coffee whenever we want — which I really enjoyed :) I hope to come back soon!

One of the best experiences; tasks are done as a team and there's always support from the staff. I had the opportunity to meet people from various countries and make good friends.
