Kito and Julie were the best hosts. They treated us like family the moment we got there. Kito has a heart of gold and made sure we were always comfortable and having fun! We also learned to surf and got to see some awesome spots thanks to la Poderosa!! I got to work on social media and Kito was open to all my ideas. Overall, 💯 recommended if you are looking for a chill spot, want to learn to surf and meet some amazing people.

We had an Amazing time at the hostel Surf House! Kito and Juliet are amazing host that make you feel at home the minute you arrive! They definitely go out of their way to make sure your experience is everything it could be. The work was extremely easy and simple. Perfect place to learn how to surf, play some instruments , and learn about the culture. I highly recommend making the stop! Definitely always a great vibe with even greater people! I Will definitely find my way back here someday! 🤙🏼 🏄‍♂️

Kito and Julieta made my partner and I feel like a part of the family at the hostel. Wonderful, kind people with some great projects going on in the hostel and within the wider community. We had an amazing time, made lots of friends, surfed almost every day, played music together, had movie nights and caipirinha nights. The hostel was relatively quiet while we were there because it was low season, which meant that there were sometimes less tasks to do and more free time to focus on other activities. I loved helping out with the social project run by the hostel. Thank you Kito and Juli! ❤️❤️

I had an unforgettable first stay at the hostel. I arrived very anxious and left with much more confidence and resources than I would have believed. Kito really helped me when I was sick and reassured me and comforted me in the idea of having made the decision to go traveling alone. Juliet is adorable and she really likes to chat with the volunteers. She is a very nice person. Suzie will remain the queen of this Hostel. I had to confront lifestyles completely different from those I am used to in France, so I had to adapt and I came out of it grown. Amazing people, thank you!!!!
