Volunteering at the hostel was an amazing experience! The place feels incredibly homey — everyone, from the staff to the volunteers and guests, was so kind and welcoming. The hostel is very well organized, full of good vibes, and there's always something fun going on. Many guests would say this is the best hostel in the world, and honestly, I agree! They really gave me a home away from home, and I'll always be grateful for the time I spent here. I'd love to come back one day, and I wish the whole team all the best — you guys are doing something really special!

I absolutely loved my time here! Everyone is so nice and welcoming, it really feels like home. The manager, Kris, is awesome and helps with everything I mess up. The breakfast is amazing, and Oaxaca is such a beautiful city. I'd definitely come back! 💛

I stayed at the hostel for a month and loved it! The work is very fair(only reception work and helping with activities at night) and the agreements are very clear. Everyone running the hostel is so welcoming and fun. The volunteers who I got to share my time with as well really made my experience lovely. The common areas became my living room and I felt so comfortable there. I love Oaxaca city as well, the perfect city to stay for a month and get to know the area and a little about Oaxaqueño culture. Thank you so much for everything!!

I had a great experience at the hostel! The work was reasonable and pretty easy and the owners and staff are very friendly, especially Kris, the manager. The hostel is very nice and the breakfast and daily activities are amazing. I would definitely recommend volunteering here!

My experience at the hostel was amazing. The staff is simply the best, not only because they prepare a delicious breakfast every day (hehe), but also because they are truly kind and caring. The most interesting part was that during my shift time, I had the chance to take part in experiences related to Mexican culture-whether by helping out or simply for the pleasure of being involved. Among these, Mole Night and Mezcal Night were definitely my favorites. The tasks were always clear, and the shifts were well-organized. Oaxaca is truly beautiful and deserves to be discovered slowly :)
