It was a great experience! I stayed for a week in Budva and then spent my final 3 weeks in Kotor. Both places were beautiful! So much to see and do. Tasks were easy, only 4 hours a day, 1 day off a week, what gave me plenty of time to explore the city! It's a family own hostel, everyone was so nice and welcoming. Biljana- the owner, is the most amazing person! Very helpful and fun. I can 100% recommend and I'd do it all over again as my experience in there was great!

Since our first phone call with Gordana thru my first meeting with Biljana they were extreamly nice and welcoming. The current staff that was working when I arrive made me feel like part of the team since day one. Task are easy and from time to time the amount of work increse but nothing that cant be done in your normal shift, besides owners are always willing to help you if there's to much to do for one shift and they are always open and flexible to talk about concerns. The hostel is just right in the middle of old town and has a beautiful view. Local people is very friendly and chatty.

It's a very nice and beautiful place! Thank you Gordana for receiving me. The hostel is very clean and facilities are good there. Wonderful location, 1 min walk to the beach. There are so many outdoor activities you can enjoy in this city. I also made acquaintances with amazing people. I would recommend this place to do volunteer:)))

My experience couldn't be better! Gordana and Biljana are very sweet persons and I passed a great time doing this volunteer. The hostel is in the heart of the old town, the tasks are simple (cleaning, changing the beds and helping with the check-in) and the atmosphere is great. I'm very grateful to have experienced this period in Kotor and I would recommend this volunteer for all of you. It was my first worldpackers experience and I enjoyed. Thanks Gordana and Biljana for receiving me so well :)

It was my first experience, something incredible, I am grateful to Gordona, Bozo, and all his family, they made me feel part of it. The tasks are simple, I did the cleaning, my shift was 4 hours but I always finished before time. My companions Fernando and Vuk were kind, friendly, very active Bozo is integrated as a worker and that makes you feel comfortable. Between the 4 of us we formed an incredible group, each one with his own personality, I have many beautiful memories of this experience. I hope to be able to come back soon Thanks for everything I love you all and I miss you already

I'm having a great time here. The staff are really amazing, so much so that I ended up asking for an extra month. The city is beautiful and there are a lot of nice places around. Definitely a place to come and forget what time of the week it is.

The hostel was nice, with a great location, in the middle of the old center and surrounded by beautiful mountains. About the volunteer, the tasks weren't that hard. I was little bit lonely because the other volunteers left almost at my arrival and there were no others volunteers because they were about to close for the winter season. To be honest, it felt a little bit more as a job, talking about the relation between the host and the volunteer. The owners didn't interact a lot with me, aside from stuff related with work, which didn't make me feel that welcome. I think that could improve.

Kotor is a beautiful city and if you are a volunteer who is specifically looking for a place to stay constantly, this experience is perfect for you because it doesn't allow you to travel a lot around and discover the country since you only have one free day which you cannot choose, its tough to make plans, in addition, in the hostel the work is demanding and generally sometimes you will have to work a little extra because its a busy hostel. It is the perfect place to meet international people and practice your English and my favorite part, the cultural immersion :).

Kotor and Budva are busy places, very touristic even in the off-season. You had 20 hours per day for yourself and one day off. It was perfectly clear from the beginning. Working tasks were so simple (just maintaining the rooms) with no restaurant, bar, garden, or beach zone that could not be less. But, if you want to do nothing, or very little, and spend more free days for travel, and your private life, in that case, I suggest you just be a traveler, not a volunteer. Just simply stop making it confusing to yourself and your hosts. Also, I suggest you be stable in your decisions, and not change your minds every week according to your private life. We were very tolerant people, but maybe some other hosts will not be. Keep that in your mind.

Both hostels are very well located in the middle of the old town. Most of the time I was in a room with only volunteers but a few days we had to share it with guests too. Both cities are breathtaking and I had a great time, specially with Bozo, the other volunteers and some guests. There was 2 shifts, a very hard working in the morning and an easy job in the afternoon. I felt the job could be better distributed between the volunteers and, it might be a coincidence but, the girls got the hard work while the boys the easy ones. Thank you Bidji for having me, It was a great experience 🤍!
