It is nice hostel near tothe city center, the staff members are really kind, the food is very delicious and it have vegetarian options every days, the room is confortable, the work is not hard, and you have enougth free time to know the city, I recommend it 100%

Grateful for the opportunity. It was another good experience of volunteering. Work team, communication, service schedules, everything ok. There are always new volunteers arriving and where we have meals there are many people from all over, great to interact, always meeting new people, practicing languages, getting to know other cultures. Volunteer service is easy, 4 hours a day, with one day off, cleaning kitchens, bathrooms in common areas and sometimes rooms. The location is really good, and London is amazing, there's always something to do in your free time. Thank you, it was a good time.

It was like my second home. Franco, Isabel and Sana are amazing, always open to help you , give recommendations. The task are simple, they respect your timetable so you have a lot of time to visit london. The vibe with the others volunteers was amazing, now they are my family. The residence is really nice , the rooms and the food is good. I really recommend this place Thanks for everything im gonna miss you !

I recommend this hostel 100%. It was my first time as a volunteer and I couldn't have wished for anything better. The hostel is very well located, the cleaning is easy to do and the schedules are respected. Moreover, Isabel, Franco and Sanah are extremely kind, available and attentive. The experience at the hostel was great. I was warmly welcomed and made friends with the other volunteers right away. The work is straight forward and the schedule / location is ideal to explore London. Thank you again Isabel, Franco, and Sana, I would recommend this experience to anyone :)

Thanks to this experience I was able to meet not only London but also incredible people with whom I shared most of my days. I loved meeting the reception staff Isabell, Sana and Franco, who were very kind and attentive.

My time at the hostel was very good. Isabel is the best host ever!! The schedule is clear, the housekeeping is easy and my volunteer team was amazing. Is close to everything in London, and the food provided is very good. The girl's rooms are the best. Big, well-equipped, and comfortable. I totally recommend this experience.

The positive points of this volunteering are the great location, comfortable room and the meal is delicious. :) However, this volunteering is for those who like to work hard. The cleaning work is a lot, and you have to go up and down several stairs at all times, sometimes carrying cleaning supplies. There are 7 kitchens, and several bedrooms and bathrooms. There is also not much interaction with guests, and it is difficult to practice the language.

However, it's worth noting that we currently have 9 volunteers who are eager to socialize and frequently organize events, though unfortunately, your stay was not long enough for you to attend any of these gatherings.

Regarding our cleaning procedures, we prioritize maintaining a balanced workload and encourage efficient work methods rather than excessive effort. This approach is in line with the training our staff provides to all volunteers during their induction day. Cleaning appliances are conveniently located in cleaning cupboards on each floor for easy access.

We'd like to clarify that all the information you mentioned, such as working days, the presence of stairs, and the type of residents, was clearly outlined in the Worldpacker Ad and discussed during the interview process. To ensure a better match in future positions, we recommend thoroughly reviewing and understanding the details provided.
