I've made memories that I'll cherish for the rest of my life during this volunteering, it was my first so I really didn't know what to expect and it still exceeded all imaginable expectations. I have to say a big big thank you to every staff who works there, you're all amazing. Jen is way more than a manager, she was a mentor and a guardian to me, words can't describe the incredible woman and professional she is. I feel very lucky to have had the opportunity to volunteer at the same time as my peers co-volunteers, I feel like I'll miss them and the time we had together forever 🥹❤️

Home away from home :) couldn't ask for an amazing first volunteer experience, jen was super welcoming and helpful throughout all my stay, I've made super deep and intense connections, I've had one of the best times at the hostel!! I highly recommend this experience!! Everyone's super nice and super chill, as long as you are as well :)) A really big thank you to everyone, and I really hope to be back soon🫶

My experience at the hostel was incredible. From day one, the atmosphere was warm and dynamic, with a team that made me feel like part of the family. Working at reception allowed me to meet travelers from all over the world, improve my customer service skills, and learn how a hostel operates from the inside. Jen and the team are amazing,like family to me. Saying goodbye was hard, but it's time to move forward. I highly recommend this volunteer experience. Great atmosphere, excellent location, and the work is easy with practice. Gopi and Javi's pizzas are a 10 🫶🏻
