What you offer

Hours per week: Help out and collaborate with your host only a few hours per week.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

The Experience

We invite you to volunteer and participate in creating a unique experience with us this summer. At Green & Away we organise, build and run a unique, tented, sustainable venue - a temporary outdoor eco-village in the West of England. We’re looking for people who like working hard and making work into fun, having fun, and being part of a community to get actively involved.

I loved my experience at the eco village&the eco village. It is a special environment, where I had the opportunity to relax, reflect, learn, and make new connections. I would recommend this experience to anyone. The only thing to consider is that sleeping in a tent for a month may not be for everyone, but for shorter periods, I would definitely recommend it to everyone around me. Thank you so much ;)

Best summer ever!!!! the eco village & the eco village is such a special place and I'm so grateful for my time there. I learned so much in the kitchen and workshops, and met so many wonderful people from all over. I felt that everything had meaning in this community—so organized, so willing. Every day I learned something new, surrounded by wonderful people from all over the world. From the days when we had nothing set up to when we had everything and could enjoy drinks at the bar... Saying it was a great experience doesn't quite capture it, but the impact it had on me is immense. I hope to enjoy this wonderful experience again someday... the eco village & the eco village will always be in my heart.❤️🌳🐝
