We absolutely loved our stay in Oteruelos! Santi went above a beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. The work, which was mainly helping in the garden and cooking, as well as some cleaning, was done by the afternoon so you get the rest of the day to explore both Oteruelos and the neighbouring towns thanks to Santi offering to drive us around, as well as the bikes we were able to use. We will especially miss the beautiful dogs Ali and Po and the lovely walks we went on with them. It really was an unforgettable experience and we are so grateful for our time here.

Our stay in Oteruelos was wonderful. Santi is a warm and welcoming host who made sure we felt at home throughout our stay and went out of his way to show us local attractions. We enjoyed lots of good food, spending time with the 2 beautiful dogs, and our daily duties were mainly outdoor tasks in the garden and nearby forest. We are very grateful for the incredible time we spent with Santi!

My stay at Oteruelos was amazing! Santi is a very good and welcoming host with a lot of stories to tell. My daily tasks were working in the garden, taking care of the chicken, going for walks with the dogs and making lunch. Santi was so generous to drive me and the two other volunteers around to show us some stunning places in nature or even Soria. The two dogs were soo sweet and intelligent, I will miss them dearly. A thing you should keep in mind is, you have to rely on Santis car or go by bike, otherwise the place is not reachable easily by public transport. Thank you!

I stayed with Santiago for 9 days and I had an amazing time staying in this beautiful village being surrounded by forest. Santiago knows many routes for having a walk and I really enjoyed taking the dog on walks. Unfortunately one of the dogs is injured at the moment but taking care of him and giving him love was a pleasure for me too. Santiago is a very funny guy who's got many stories and experiences to talk about, so spending time with him was always enjoyable. The tasks were rather easy even though painting a balcony was a first for me. The food was mostly organic and very delicious too!

I had a great time in Oteruelos! The village is super beautiful and the nature around it is perfect for long dog walks! Santiago provided us with healthy local food and preparing the lunch with him was always a delight! The tasks are relatively easy, but as they are spread through out the day you always have something to do. Just keep in mind that you have to plan your day around the work!
