This experience was fantastic, everyone who works at the hostel is friendly and helpful they also understand it's supposed to be an experience not really work so a lot of the time even if a task isn't that fun they make the effort to make it fun which is amazing. The location is perfect, the city is beautiful and the train station is just next door so travelling to other places is extremely easy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This experience will stay in my heart forever. The people were wonderful, funny and kind. Whenever I made a mistake, they talked with me openly and later we laughed about it (some of my mistakes were truly embarrassing!). The work was not too difficult for a volunteer and I had fun working with the other volunteers. The hostel is close to the train station, so I was able to go on day trips, when work took place in the evening. I had no prior experience, if you choose this as your first volunteering opportunity there is no need to worry at all. I would absolutely recommend it!!

The hostel was my first volunteer experience, and I really enjoyed it! Both staff and other volunteers were very friendly and lovely, helping with anything I needed. The schedule was provided during the weekend so we could make plans for the upcoming week, and if necessary, ask to change. Schedules were also always respected. The hostel is close to a train station, making it very easy to explore the city and places nearby. I super recommend this experience!

The hostel was my first volunteer experience and it was a great one! The staff were so amazing and friendly and made me feel at home. It was very easy to make friends with the other volunteers. Working the events were very fun, but since I was here during a slower time of year, I was asked to help out in housekeeping and kitchen as well. Amenities are great and lots of free time! The bar is open to public so it's easy to meet locals. I would recommend befriending staff and locals for a more fun experience, otherwise the hostel can seem kind of slow/boring if you don't know the area:)
